Research On The "Internet +" Employment Model Of Miao Embroidery Industry Under The Background Of Poverty Alleviation

In view of the problems in the remote areas in the southeast of Guizhou Province,such as the difficulty in obtaining employment,the difficulty in entering the market for embroidery products,the low continuous employment rate,the difficulty in recruiting embroidery enterprises,the low production capacity,and the unstable supply,a new employment mode of win-win for both enterprises and migrant workers(female embroider)is created.Through the Internet employment service platform,the scattered mountainous area of industrial workers(migrant workers female embroider)and enterprise links,so that migrant workers(female embroider)with skills,to achieve zero threshold(enterprises to provide patterns and materials),zero cost(platform to provide tasks),zero distance(home employment)of the "three zero" employment model.To fundamentally solve the problem of migrant workers(female embroider)to find a job,enterprises and migrant workers(female embroider)contact is not close,low timeliness of enterprises,high cost of realization,so that enterprises really have their own "industrial workers",so that migrant workers(female embroider)have a sense of belonging,a sense of achievement,decent life.This paper takes Guizhou Gumiao Jiang Embroidery Industry and Trade Co.,Ltd.and rural migrant workers(female embroider)in the remote areas of southeast Guizhou as the research object.Through the field research and problem demand analysis of enterprises and rural migrant workers(female embroider),a new employment model with local characteristics--employment service platform is developed.The function module of the service system uses the Kano model to identify and analyze the satisfaction of users’ demand and service and the satisfaction of users,and to determine the necessary functions and priorities.By using Open Stack related tool components,the overall architecture of the employment service platform for migrant workers(female embroider)is built,and the hardware and software systems of the platform,as well as training,order dispatch,distribution,acceptance,settlement,interaction and other business modules are designed and deployed.Finally,it has formed a multi-functional service platform integrating Internet + employment + management + training + receiving orders +settlement + logistics + live broadcasting and interaction,etc.,which puts forward a new model for promoting industrial upgrading.
