Compensation management is very important for the enterprise human resource management,and compensation system design is the foundation of salary management.Compensation is always a sensitive topic,it is not only related to the staffs interest,but also affects the enterprise operation efficiency,therefore,how to design scientific and normative compensation system is very important for enterprises that they can survive in complex environment.The wage level of S company is less in various positions of the existing differential amplitude,and the apparent lack of regularity and operability.The Post graduation causes the difficult for the staff to promoting or salary adjustment,eventually leading to existing salary system or promotion system become impossible dream,and losing the salary incentive effect.The diagnosis and optimization of the compensation system of S company is imperative.Based on the theory of compensation management,this paper mainly using methods of questionnaire,statistical analysis,Empirical and normative analysis to solve compensation management problems of S company.Diagnosis and optimization of the compensation system of S company,from the analysis of the salary and the basic theory,s company salary present situation diagnosis,optimization design of the compensation system of S company and scheme implementation four main parts.Through the analysis,it is concluded that the salary system and salary strategy to complement the deletion and salary structure design is not perfect,low pay levels and post value lack of reasonable evaluation and several problems of conclusion,need to be solved from the salary system redesign,organizational and institutional design.
