In the final analysis,the competition of enterprises is the competition of talents,and its essence is the competition in the sense of talent competition.With the development of technology,it is relatively easy to obtain the technology and products of competitors.Only by meeting the needs of customers can enterprises be in a dominant position in the fierce industry competition.How to continuously provide customers with the products and services they need quickly and accurately requires high morale and outstanding employees.An important determinant of employee-enterprise relationship is salary,so salary has always been a topic that enterprises and employees attach importance to.This paper takes a packaging enterprise as the research object,deeply analyzes the talent competition situation faced by the small and medium-sized packaging enterprises in the period of industry reshuffle and reorganization,and combines with the development of the packaging industry in Northwest China.The purpose of this paper is to explore how A companies deal with the current and future talent wars through the optimization of compensation system.This article aims at A company's existing salary system,through the employee satisfaction survey,based on the existing salary theory at home and abroad,discusses the existing salary system problems,through the internal and external analysis of A company,the individual analysis of employees,the reform of the company's compensation system optimization objectives,through the position system evaluation,packaging enterprise compensation external survey,combing out A company to optimize the compensation structure,adjust performance appraisal and compensation system,to compete with the industry and outside the industry,to stabilize the existing team of talent,At the same time attract more excellent external employees to join A company to lay the basic conditions.
