As an indispensable modern mode of transport,China's high-speed rail are developing rapidly and responding increasingly large-scale passenger transport.At the same time,passengers are increasingly requiring high-speed rail punctuality and disposal of emergencies.But China's high-speed rail emergency management can not meet burgeoning the requirement of quality of high-speed rail currently.Especially,the simulation and training System for fault and emergency still to be improved.So it leads that bullet train staffs lack of e emergency capacity and can not meet the actual emergency needs.This article proposes the necessity of the emergency drill process and optimizes the evaluation system through analyzing the academic research status of this field at home and abroad and current situation of China's high-speed railway emergency drills.As well,the article suggests supplement drill scenarios library and optimize disposal flow according their shortcomings and insufficient base on the relevant principles.Through the analysis of the emergency drill evaluation system,the evaluation system will be improved with optimized evaluation content,method,standard,result and etc.And then a set of more reasonable evaluation system will be created to meet training exercises' demanding.Finally the proposed drill disposal process and evaluation system will be carried out base on a specific scenario which is bullet train engulfing fires on viaduct.
