Design And Implementation Of Railway Emergency Disposal Platform System Based On Intelligent Decision

The development of the times has promoted the advancement of science and technology,and it has gradually improved people's daily life.In the process of the ever-changing railway industry,safety is always the eternal theme.Therefore,how to effectively guarantee the lives and property of the people is the primary issue.The railway brings convenience to people,also,it increases the requirements for railway transportation command and operation,especially for emergency.The command work has brought about a new challenge,and has been risen an important strategic level of national security development.So,in order to cope with new development opportunities and challenges,the railway needs to comprehensively improve its emergency command capability.The railway emergency response platform designed and introduced in this paper adopts the PC-side webpage operation.Under the premise of high cohesion and low coupling principle,the user's positioning and the products' characteristic analysis are adopted.The detailed requirements of the output system are divided into four parts.The author independently designed and implemented the acceptance of the four modules:(1)Integrated business management module:It provided the system with basic information related to railway emergency on-demand query capabilities.(2)Emergency big data resource module:Provides an interface for users to visualize operations,providing assistance for emergency decision making.(3)Intelligent assistant decision-making module:It realizes multi-angle rapid positioning of some locations,and rescue path planning function for intelligent decision.(4)The emergency command and dispatch module:it provides an effective way for the dispatching and tracking of emergency events.The system has verified that the railway emergency response platform has met all the needs of users and can be a convenient,scientific and efficient work assistant for railway employees.With the help of this platform,not only can the decision-making efficiency and accuracy of railway staff emergency response be improved,but also can a small step in the railway informatization construction be processed to ensure the safety of railway operations and improve service quality.
