Abstract/Summary:
The high-speed railway emergency drill is a comprehensive on-site actual combat drill with high-speed railway equipment failures and emergencies as scenarios.The drill scenes involve various types of failures and emergencies that may occur on high-speed railways.The emergency response of the staff of the railway bureau group company is tested.Ability to enhance the emergency rescue experience of operators in future work,and reduce or avoid the negative impact of high-speed railway emergencies.As an important role,the high-speed railway emergency drill evaluation can verify the rationality of the drill plan,improve the level of emergency drills,improve the weak points of emergency drills,and enhance the effect of high-speed railway emergency drills.Firstly,through research at home and abroad and feild research,,this paper analysis the current situation of the drill scenes and disposal procedures,sort out the composition and operation characteristics of the drill scenes,establish a high-speed railway emergency drill index evaluation system,and passing Del illegal screen three criteria level indicators that accord with reality.Secondly,from the perspective of high-speed railway,BP neural network model is chosen for emergency drill evaluation,which includes three evaluation models used for the drill criterion layer and one evaluation model used for the drill target layer.Using previous exercise experience data,using MATLAB to calculate the network evaluation model to obtain the exercise effect score,making the evaluation result scientific and objective.By analyzing the attributes of evaluation indicators,formulating evaluation measurement options,designing evaluation data levels and effect levels.Finally,it analyzes the specific drill scenarios,and studies the high-speed railway emergency scene of "pantograph hanging foreign objects" as a case study.According to the established high-speed railway emergency drill index evaluation system,the index-level indicators based on the case are designed to verify the highspeed railway emergency.The feasibility of the drill evaluation model provides support for the high-speed railway on-site emergency drill evaluation.
