Research On Strategic Management Of Hainan H Glass Co.,Ltd

This principle has significance on enterprise.In recent year,total market economy system in our country is improved constantly,and total economy market is Hainan Province appears upward.In this context,productive enterprise faces many opportunities and challenges.In order to strengthen self-competitiveness and sustainable development,many productive enterprises pay attention to research and planning of development strategy in order to seek for suitable development path and promote constant development and growth of enterprise through strategic management theory.This paper focuses on Hainan H Glass Co.,Ltd.,a local productive manufacturing enterprise in Hainan.On the basis of searching and analyzing glass building material industry and related enterprise documents,this paper uses basic theory and research method of domestic and foreign enterprise strategic management,applies PEST analysis,SWOT analysis to analyze internal and external environment of Hainan H Glass Co.,Ltd.comprehensively,proposes strategic thought and suggestions of establishing branch and wholly-owned subsidiaries in order to provide reference for development of enterprise.Firstly,combining with current economic situation and development situation of glass industry,this paper applies PEST tool to analyze external environment that Hainan H Glass Company faces comprehensively in the macroscopical view.It lays the foundation for strategic thinking of Hainan H Glass Co.,Ltd.Secondly,this paper applies SWOT analysis tool to evaluate key strategic factors of H Company,points out opportunities and challenges the enterprise encounters and advantages and weakness of enterprise.Through a series of analysis and research,this paper puts forward the possible development strategy of Hainan H Glass Co.,Ltd.At last,this paper proposes corresponding implementation and guarantee measures from manpower.finance,etc.to improve the feasibility of strategy implementation and hope to provide possible effective reference and suggestions for sustainable development of Hainan H Glass Co.,Ltd.
