Inner Mongolia Tumuji National Nature Reserve is a wetland type nature reserve that mainly protects rare birds and their breeding habitats in wetlands.The wild vascular plants in the Tumuji National Nature Reserve in Inner Mongolia were investigated using a combination of fixed field samples and random survey samples,and the Tumuji Nature The composition and genera of wild vascular plants in the reserve are systematically analyzed and counted,and the wild vascular plants in Tumuji National Nature Reserve in Inner Mongolia are compared with the wild vascular plants in the adjacent nature reserve.analysis.The field survey method was used to investigate the terrestrial wild vertebrates in Inner Mongolia Tumuji National Nature Reserve.The GF index was used to analyze and select the diversity of terrestrial wild vertebrates in Inner Mongolia Tumuji National Nature Reserve.The conservation value of the diversity of wild vascular plant diversity,the conservation value of the diversity of terrestrial wild vertebrates,and the conservation value of the diversity of rare and endangered species were calculated separately,and the results were studied and analyzed to finally determine the priority of species in the nature reserve.Protection order.Provide scientific basis for the scientific protection management and technical measures for the nature reserve,and put forward effective suggestions for the rational use and protection of wild animal and plant resources in the nature reserve.The main results are as follows:1.A total of 491 species of 277 genera and 81 families of wild vascular plants were found and identified in this investigation,including 6 species of 2 families and 2genera of ferns;2 species of 2 genera and 2 families of gymnosperms;340 species of204 genera and 61 families of dicotyledonous plants.There are 143 species of 69 genera and 17 families of monocotyledons;this survey also found 4 national key protected plants,3 autonomous region-level key protected animals,and 1 alien invasive plant.The composition of the wild vascular plant flora in the protected area is relatively complex,and the dominant family is significant.The temperate properties of the wild vascular plant investigated have obvious advantages,and also have a certain tropical nature.Compared with the flora of neighboring nature reserves,Tumuji Nature Reserve has a higher similarity with Inner Mongolia Horqin National Nature Reserve,followed by Inner Mongolia Hulun Lake National Nature Reserve,and Alu of Inner Mongolia Horqin National Nature Reserve has the lowest similarity.2.The survey found and identified terrestrial wild vertebrates with a total of 27 orders,74 families,160 genera and 313 species,mostly birds,including mammals,6orders,14 families,22 genera,and 23 species;birds have 17 orders,53 families,and127 genera.276 species;amphibians,1 order,3 families,4 genera and 6 species;reptiles,3 orders,4 families,7 genera and 8 species.There are 62 species of wild animals under national key protection,of which 12 species are national level ? key protected wild animals and 50 species are national level ? key protected wild animals.Inner Mongolia Tumuji National Nature Reserve is located in the eastern part of the Mengxin District of the Paleo-Northern boundary.The composition of the flora is complex.The composition of terrestrial wild vertebrates in the protected area ismainly composed of paleocean species,and it is also mixed.Oriental species and widely distributed species.The distribution type includes both the northern distribution type,such as the whole north type,the paleo-north type,the northeast type,and the north China type;and the southern distribution type,such as the east type,monsoon type,etc.;in addition,it also has a special distribution type,For the grassland type.The G-F index results show that there are significant differences in the G-F index among various terrestrial wild vertebrate species,among which the highest is the bird G-F index(),0.8292;the mammalian G-F index()is the lowest,-1.4382.It shows that the diversity of birds is high.3.Use the relevant assignment and calculation methods for the conservation value of species diversity in the "Technical Regulations for the Evaluation of the Value of Biodiversity Conservation in Nature Reserves"(LY / T 2649-2016).The value of the conservation value index of plants is calculated,and the conservation value index of wild vascular plant diversity is 21.07,the conservation value index of terrestrial wild vertebrate diversity is 53.58,the conservation value index of rare and endangered plant diversity is 3.46,and the rare and endangered animals The Diversity Conservation Value Index is 42.11,indicating that the nature reserve has a certain diversity of terrestrial wild vertebrates and the conservation priority of rare and endangered wildlife.In addition,the calculated value of bird protection value is much higher than the protection value index of amphibians,reptiles and mammals,indicating that the nature reserve is mainly for the protection of birds,and should be given priority in future practice Protect birds.
