Innovation-driven development strategy is a key strategy that affects our country's future development and international influence.In order to solve innovation problems in science and technology,governments,enterprises,universities,and scientific research institutions need to form innovation alliances,industry-university-research,and other collaborative innovation organizations.The organizations can share innovation risks and costs,enjoy innovation achievements and benefits,and achieve the goal of complementary advantages and win-win cooperation.However,the dynamic and stability of innovation alliance has a paradoxical relationship in the operation process and has a paradoxical effect on the development of the alliance.Therefore,how to promote alliance to form a correct balancing strategy has gradually become the focus of innovation management research.Establishing a synergy mechanism of dynamic and stability is the core issue of balancing the paradox relationship.The evolution results of the mechanism will lead to the dynamic evolution of the alliance,and then affect the innovation performance of the alliance.At the same time,the limitation of organizational resources determines that the alliance can only focus on dynamics or stability in a short time.So how should the alliance effectively allocate resources among them? In the long term,how should the alliance take advantage of the synergy effect generated by dynamics and stability to improve innovation performance? Based on this idea,the thesis attempts to solve the following questions:(1)How does the synergy of dynamics and stability evolve in the alliance? What factors affect its evolutionary equilibrium?(2)How does the synergy mechanism of dynamics and stability affect innovation performance? How should alliances properly allocate organizational resources to balance the paradoxical relationship?First,we use evolutionary game theory to construct an evolutionary game model between the alliance and its members in the process of collaborative innovation and analyze conditions to achieve synergy.Then we use MATLAB for numerical simulation.The results are as follows.The establishment of the synergy mechanism is a dynamic evolution process which is affected by many factors.The collaborative innovation benefits,alliance management capabilities,intellectual property protection,liquidated damages,and reputation loss have a positive effect on maintaining the balance of dynamics and stability of the system,while the absorptive capacity of partners has a negative effect on the equilibrium of the system.Secondly,the evolution result of synergy mechanism affects the operation and performance of the alliance.In order to clarify the impact of synergy mechanism on alliance development and balance the paradoxical relationship,this thesis constructs a theoretical model of the impact of dynamics and stability on alliance innovation performance in the context of environmental uncertainty and uses SPSS for empirical analysis.The results are as follows.Both dynamics and stability have an inverted U impact on alliance innovation performance.The synergy effect generated by dynamics and stability can also improve innovation performance.Environmental uncertainty can strengthen the effect of dynamics on innovation performance and can weaken the effect of stability on innovation performance.Finally,we give suggestions based on the above research results.We believe that in order to promote the output of innovation alliances and improve the success rate of innovation alliances,partners need to increase the coefficient of collaborative innovation,cultivate good alliance management capabilities,strengthen intellectual property protection,strengthen supervision,establish paradox thinking,and form a dynamic equilibrium mechanism.
