| Information transmission between stakeholders is the basis for establishing a good collaborative relationship,and the adequacy of information is an important factor that affects the success of collaborative innovation projects.Participating in the communication with stakeholders is the main job of the project managers and the focus of project governance.Therefore,clarifying the information transmission process and improving the effectiveness of information transmission has become the main point of project governance research.At present,the research on the internal communication management of enterprises or organizations mostly uses empirical research methods to analyze the problems in communication management and their influencing factors,and cannot quantify the role of various influencing factors and their interactions.The related network formed by stakeholders relying on the information transfer relationship has the characteristics of social network.However,network models that use complex networks to analyze information dissemination problems on Internet social networks or traditional social relationship networks cannot effectively fit the characteristics of information transmission in collaborative innovation projects,for example,the disconnection and reconnection rules of nodes in the project are based on tasks and have a weak dependence on the network structure.This article will combine the characteristics of collaborative innovation projects to build an information transmission network between stakeholders with the help of task flow relationships,and use this as a research basis to quantify the effect of various influencing factors on the information transmission process,and establish a mathematical model of the information transmission process on the network to reveal the influence of key node on the effect of network information transmission through simulation.The network formed based on the task relationship between stakeholders is the carrier of information flow,which provides this article with the idea of studying project information transmission from the network perspective.Some researchers have adopted network models generated by algorithms as the carriers of information research,such as scale-free network and small-world network.The information transfer relationship between nodes described by them is different from that in the context of collaborative innovation projects.Because the project is constrained by various resources,the information transmission between project stakeholders is mostly task-oriented.The information transmission relationship on the network is accompanied by the task relationship.Based on this,this article proposes the method of constructing the information transmission network,which is suitable for the context of collaborative innovation projects.Specifically,information transmission exists in the completion of a certain task or in the process of task handover.Therefore,the work breakdown structure and the responsibility assignment matrix can be used to identify the nodes and edges in the network,and then the quantification of network elements can be completed by the expert scoring method to obtain the directly weighted project information transfer network as the basis of the research.This paper chooses the perspective of cognitive capital to explain the changes in the strength of the relationship between nodes,integrating the influencing factors into the functional expression of the relationship strength,to establish a mathematical model for quantitatively expressing the process of network information transmission.In addition,the node information processing capability variable that reflects the capabilities of stakeholders is added to the model,and the number of this variable is changed during the simulation process to highlight the influence of key nodes.From the two dimensions of node and network,the index to evaluate the effectiveness of information transmission is proposed as a basis for analyzing the effect of information transmission and explaining the influence of key nodes on network information flow.By sorting out the variables and indicators in the process of information transmission,the algorithm structure for model simulation is designed and applied to the example of collaborative innovation projects.The simulation results show that the change of the strength of the relationship between nodes presents a phased characteristic,which is consistent with the phased characteristics of the project.Besides,the level of node information processing capability promotes the added value of the node’s own information and the speed of the increase of network information,which is also the reflection of the influence of key nodes on the information transmission network.Nodes located at the hub can not only directly affect the coverage of information by connecting with other nodes,but also indirectly affect the transmission speed of information as a transit "bridge",thereby affecting the effectiveness of information transmission on the network.Therefore,we can propose feasible management countermeasures considering from the key nodes.This paper puts forward the construction method of the information transmission network of collaborative innovation projects and realizes the quantitative expression of the information transmission process,highlights the characteristics of collaborative innovation projects,and obtains the management enlightenment of improving the effectiveness of information transmission from the organizational dimension in this context.In the future,the process of project information transmission can be further explored from the perspectives of network element increase and decrease rules,node information threshold setting,and network flow information classification. |
