Research Of System Comprehensive Evaluation Method And Application

Comprehensive evaluation is an important branch of the systems engineering, the research of its method is an active field of subjects edge cross, interpenetrating and multi-supporting. It's the base to ensure decision-making more scientific and democratic, is an urgent need to solve practical work. Therefore, We need to deeply understand and master the theory and methods of comprehensive evaluation. In the foundation of the theory of comprehensive evaluation, this paper has a deeply analysis and research on Comprehensive evaluation process, and comprehensive evaluation motheds like Grey relation, Analytic hierarchy process, Artificial neural network. The Visual C++6.0 and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 are used in programming to realizing the generic Comprehensive Evaluation Decision Support System which has variety of evaluation methods'function. And selects appropriate evaluation method to estimate the instance according to its trait by the evaluation system. The system achives the good application results on commonality and systematization, and satisfy the expected requirements of the comprehensive evaluation.
