With the continuous deterioration of the natural environment and the growing strain on resources, the green supply chain is getting more and more attention. It has become an inevitable trend that the upstream and downstream enterprises of supply chain assume social responsibilities, take into account the dual objectives of ecological environment and economic benefits. On the premise of maintaining the members' profit distribution in the supply chain, how to achieve overall environmental performance efficiency and promote the sustainable development of traditional enterprises has become a crucial problem in the field of green supply chain. Therefore, aiming at the green transformation of enterprises, the thesis combined the theory of multi-objective optimization, dynamic game, and contract coordination, considering the different preferences of enterprises' environmental friendliness objectives, building the green supply chain models that manufacturers and retailers consider different objectives, discussed the influence of environmental preferences on the green supply chain and designed the effective profit-sharing contract for multi-objective coordination and optimization. The main contents of the research are as follows:1.Aiming at the contradiction of economic and environmental benefits in the process of traditional enterprises' green transformation, the thesis first studied the optimal pricing decision of green products in the process of production and circulation when the supply chain only considers profit objective. Then, the game decision-making models that the manufacturers considering profit and environmental objectives, the manufacturers and retailers both considering profit and environmental objectives were established, researched the influence of manufacturers and retailers' environmental preferences on the pricing and different objectives of supply chain system. Finally, the above results of supply chain decision-making under different objectives were compared. The results show that there will be an obvious free-riding phenomenon in the upstream and downstream of the supply chain after considering the environmental friendliness. In addition, the supply chain system considering environmental friendliness objective appropriately can not only improve the green degree of products, demand and environmental friendliness, but also improve the overall profit of the supply chain, which achieve a win-win situation between economic benefits and ecological environment.2.Aiming at the complex double marginalization effect of supply chain members in maximizing their respective benefits under multi-objective conditions, the thesis adopted the traditional single objective coordination of the profit-sharing contract,to optimize and improve the profit and environmental friendliness.Using the centralized decision-making model as the benchmark, the profit-sharing contract model under the situation that manufacturers considering profit and environmental friendliness objectives, manufacturers and retailers both considering profit and environmental friendliness objectives were established. Then, the thesis analyzed the coordination effect of the profit-sharing contract in multi-objective game decision-making of green supply chain, and verified the applicability by numerical analysis. The results show that the profit-sharing contract can effectively improve the multi-objective benefits of green supply chain.Furthermore, comparing with centralized decision-making,the contract will sacrifice part of the environmental performance and improve the overall profits of the supply chain when the environmental preference is high, which partly satisfied the requirement of the enterprises that tend to economic benefits.
