Research On Profit Distribution Of Port Service Supply Chain Based On Cooperative Game

With the development of international trade and economy,the development of China's shipping has been promoted,and the port has become a key link in the exchange of materials and information.The development trend of the shipping industry will also be transformed into a service supply chain with multi-level enterprises with port as the center.The competition between future ports is not just a competition between individual ports,but will gradually be transformed into competition between port service supply chains.As a whole,the port service supply chain usually takes resources integration as an opportunity to optimize the overall interests.However,due to the imperfect development of China's port service supply chain,the profit distribution mechanism is unreasonable,which has created a competitive and competitive relationship between enterprises within the supply chain.Unreasonable profit distribution mechanism will affect the coordination of port service supply chain,reduce logistics efficiency,affect customer satisfaction and reduce enterprise efficiency.In the supply chain profit distribution,we need to comprehensively consider the impact of various factors on profit distribution.How to consider the distribution of reasonable profits under the influence of many factors is the goal of this paper.The Shapley model is an effective profit distribution model.Its biggest advantage is that it can obtain the unique solution of profit distribution and is more intuitive.However,it also has its shortcomings.It only considers the profit distribution strategy from a single perspective.In fact,the profit distribution of the alliance is also restricted by many factors.Therefore,the improved Shapley value method is used to correct the profit distribution strategy after considering the multi-party influence factors.The following work:(1)Through the analysis of the development status of the port service supply chain,the factors affecting the profit distribution of the port service supply chain are summarized.(2)The game model is used to prove the necessity of the cooperative alliance,and then the Shapley model is constructed,and the initial profit distribution scheme is obtained.On this basis,the influence of various influencing factors on the profit distribution of the supply chain is considered.The weight of each influencing factor is obtained by AHP,and the Shapley model is modified to obtain the improved profit distribution plan.By comparing the two schemes,it is found that the improved profit distribution scheme is more reasonable and meets the principle of "matching input and income".The innovation of this article:Considering more factors that affect the profit distribution of the port service supply chain,the combination of Shapley value method and AHP method is used to construct the port profit distribution framework,finally we get the corrected distribution of port service supply chain profit.
