| Inventory problems have always been a big problem that plagues the development of enterprises.Inventory costs account for about 30% of the total value of inventory items. If inventory problems are properly addressed, the savings in logistics costs will be significant. In recent years, advanced inventory management technology represented by jointly managed inventory has been widely applied to actual production activities of enterprises.Jointly managed inventory abandons the traditional distributed inventory management model, and integrates the upstream and downstream of the supply chain into two coordinated management centers. The enterprises jointly develop inventory plans through coordination mechanisms, share risks, share profits, and realize synchronized operation of the supply chain.Improve the stability of supply chain operations. This paper studies the three-echelon supply chain game model based on jointly managed inventory from the perspective of supply chain as a whole.A three-echelon supply chain cooperative game model based on jointly managed inventory is constructed to quantify the conditions for suppliers, manufacturers and sellers to reach a cooperative game relationship. On the basis of cooperative game,a three-echelon supply chain cost allocation model based on jointly managed inventory is constructed. The coordination planning method is used to solve the model by means of Matlab software, and the cost allocating problem among supply chain members in the implementation of joint inventory management mode is solved.A three-echelon supply chain profit allocation model based on jointly managed inventory is constructed. The Shapley value method is used to solve the model and calculate the profit of each member of the supply chain.Through a specific example, the profit distribution process of supply chain members under the jointly managed inventory model is demonstrated. In the process of rapid economic growth in China, the inventory cost of logistics is still high. Therefore, reducing inventory costs can significantly reduce operating costs and accelerate the pace of economic construction in China. The jointly managed inventory method studied in this paper takes the three-echelon supply chain as the entry point, and closely links suppliers, manufacturers and sellers to jointly develop inventory plans and reduce the negative impact caused by the “bullwhip effect”.Domestic scholars’ research on jointly managed inventory mostly focuses on the formulation of multi-level and multiproduct inventory decision-making,but little research on subsequent cost and profit allocation issues. On this basis, this paper mainly studies the cost and profit allocation of each node in the supply chain, hoping to give some inspiration to enterprises that practice jointly managed inventory methods. |
