"Notice on the Pilot of Supply Chain Innovation and Application" was issued jointly by the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Ecological Environment and other eight ministries&commissions in April 2018.It said that,Green Supply Chain was the key task needed to be constructed in the future. The construction of green supply chain may let the concept of environmental protection of green development be practiced in local governments or enterprises, meanwhile, promoting the improvement of environmental ecology and enhancing environmental protection.Against this background, this paper combining low carbon environment studies the cost sharing of carbon emission reduction in a two-stage supply chain consisting of a single manufacture and a single retailer:centralized decision making, decentralized decision making without cost sharing and cost sharing decision making for carbon emission reduction. Each company in the supply chain can make use of its own superior resources to share costs with upstream and downstream companies. Thus, they could form commentary advantages within the supply chain. The cost sharing of carbon emission reduction in green supply chain has attracted close attention from all walks of life. How to rationally share the cost of carbon emission reduction in supply chain while maintaining supply chain coordination is an important issue that this paper tries to solve. This paper mainly does the following work:Firstly, this paper briefly expounds the relevant theoretical framework of supply chain and game theory, and briefly introduces its development process and research hotspots.Secondly, this paper reviews the relevant literature on green supply chain and supply chain coordination, and on this basis determines that the research direction of this paper is the cost sharing of carbon emission reduction in supply chain under uncertain demand conditions. Then, this paper uses the contract model of cooperative game theory to study the cost sharing strategy of reducing carbon emission level in green supply chain.Considering the uncertainty of consumer demand, this paper introduces the demand error variable which obeys the normal distribution. The calculation is embodied in the maximization of profit expectation, and some improvements are made in the simple algorithm of direct maximization of profit in the existing literature.Through the analysis of numerical simulation,it is concluded that the carbon emission level of supply chain can be effectively reduced and the profit coordination of supply chain can be promoted under the cost-sharing decision of carbon emission reduction. Finally, the work done in this paper is summarized, shortcomings are identified, and future research directions are determined.
