Along with the rapid development of economy, more and more intense marketcompetition. The competiton between the enterprise for the competition betweensupply chain management is fiercer. Therefore, supply chain management is valuedby more and more scholars. Advanced enterprise supply chain management strategycan improve customer satis faction to maximize by increasing the flexibility andreliability of delivery, and reduce the cost of business by reducing the cost ofproduction, storage and distribution, and optimize the process of the enterprise b yreducing the cost of mistakes, and reducing the impact of abnormal events. In real life, the needs of the supply chain are always uncertain, so when wemake the decision of each of the supply chain management strategy, we shouldguarantee maximizing revenue and minimizing risks. So we study themulti-objective game in supply chain management, the multi-objective game istreated as a effective tool, which is widely used in supply chain management, toenable enterprises to optimize workflow to a greater extent, Thereby we can increaserevenue, reduce costs and reduce unnecessary waste.First, we analyzed the multi-objective games in the supply chain managementapplication in the current research, and described some of related theoreticalknowledge of the supply chain management, the multi-objective optimization, thegame theory and the multi-objective game, and introduced some of the basicdefinition of Pareto equilibrium solution of for the study of supply chainmanagement, which lay the theoretical foundation for the study of this paper.Secondly, we have established a multi-objective competitive retailer supply chaingame model, in this model each retailer has two goals, one is to maximize itsrevenue, and the other is to minimize its risk that the standard minimize revenuepoor. Finally, we show that the established supply chain multi-objective gameequilibrium is existenced and uniqued. This provides a theoretical basis for dealingwith the real problems of real life experience in supply chain management.
