Spatial Environment Of Commercial Community In Cold Region Based On Climate Adaptability Optimization Research

The external public space of commercial building which is the main rest after people shopping place,climate as space environment quality is one of the important factors that affect the comfort travel,local micro climate change will greatly affect the joints,how to combine climate factors to optimize business external public space has important research significance.Because of the cold region in winter climate is very bad for people travel,taking cold to open commercial building space as the research object,the commercial building layout,space environment of comfort,a vigor of the environment space and the relationship between the mutual influence between the cold climate research,analysis of the external space micro climate change on crowd behavior rule and comfortable feeling.The PHOENICS software is used to simulate climate adaptability,and the space of the business model of Outlets Town in different climate environments in China was analyzed,and compared with the commercial space environment in the cold region,so as to comprehensively study the space environment optimization strategy suitable for the cold region,improve the comfort of the space environment and enhance the vitality of the space.This paper analyzes and optimizes the external commercial space of Maple Leaf Town with garden-style layout in the cold region,obtains people's subjective feelings about the town through questionnaire method,and analyzes the micro climate change in winter by using the objective method of computer simulation software PHOENICS,and obtains the characteristics of climate change in different seasons.Study of dynamic outdoor space,use Dethmap dynamic simulation of external space environment,that is suitable for cold to open the layout of the commercial building and space environment optimization strategy,and it is concluded that the climate adaptability optimization strategy,in order to improve the comfort and external space environment space vitality,to drive the cold region the development of the business group in the future.
