In recent years,with the sustained and steady development of China's economy and the accelerating process of global economic integration,China,as a "world factory",has been unable to meet the needs of economic and social development by relying closely on domestic resources,and the contradiction between the supply and demand of mineral resources has become increasingly prominent.Domestic enterprises "go out" to explore,exploit and utilize foreign mineral resources is the general trend.Since 2013,with the introduction and deepening of the Belt and Road initiative,China's Geological exploration enterprises have made use of their comparative advantages in terms of industrial size,technological level and competitiveness to carry out mineral resources exploration and geological and technical services in countries along the Belt and Road.Get great development,harvest objective economic benefits.What can not be ignored is that under this strategic background,China's Geological exploration enterprises are also quietly changing in terms of management methods and business models,and internal and external risks are gradually increasing.Most of these companies do not pay enough attention to risk management.Therefore,in the context of the "Belt and Road" initiative,exploring the means of risk management suitable for its own enterprises has become an urgent and difficult problem for geological exploration enterprises.Firstly,this study uses the literature data method to search and analyze the relevant literature on risk management theory and risk management of geological exploration enterprises.At the same time,this research method is also used to introduce the core concepts of Belt and Road initiative,risk and risk management,and to briefly introduce the theory of comprehensive risk management.Then,using the case analysis method,this paper analyzes the risks that HM Geological exploration company may face in the context of the Belt and Road,and summarizes and summarizes the present situation and existing problems of HM risk management.Onthis basis,based on risk assessment,a risk management process suitable for HM companies was constructed using a risk control approach,and the risks present in HM companies were identified,assessed,and analyzed using this process,and according to different types of risks,Develop corresponding risk control programs.
