Research On Financial Risk Management Of Geological Prospecting Units Under The Reform Of Enterprise

In the past many years,geological prospecting units have provided a reliable guarantee for the exploration and development of geological and mineral resources for the long-term development of the national economy and society.Geological prospecting units have always been the public institutions undertaking geological exploration work.At present,geological prospecting units are restricted by the policy of maintaining clean water and green mountains and reducing exploitation and development.Geological prospecting units have also entered a new historical stage of the reform of enterprise of public institutions.Our country is faced with the problem of economic structure transformation,state-owned geologic prospecting units bearing the "enterprise" hat,are engaged in production and business prospecting activities,the financial risk is more diverse,so at the present stage there will be a new financial risk for geologic prospecting units.Under the background of the enterprise reform of geological prospecting units,this thesis analyzes the 2017-2021 financial statement data of Y Geological Prospecting Company and analyzes the financial risks faced by the company from four aspects,namely,financing,investment,operation and cash flow.It uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation analysis method,combined with index analysis method.The financial risk evaluation system is established for Y Geological Prospecting Company,and the financial risk of Y geological prospecting company is scored comprehensively.According to the financial risks in operation and management faced by Y Geological Prospecting Company and the scoring results of fuzzy comprehensive scoring method,it is concluded that the risks of all indexes of Y Geological Prospecting Company during2017-2021 are near "high risk".The index scores show that the factors affecting the financial risks of Y Geological Prospecting company are financing risk,investment risk,operating risk and cash flow risk in descending order.At the end of the thesis,the author puts forward some improvement measures from the aspects of formulating reasonable financing strategy,optimizing the overall investment layout and strengthening accounts receivable management.Taking Y Geological Prospecting Company as an example,this thesis collects and analyzes the financial data of Y Geological Prospecting Company in the past five years.With the help of statistical methods,it systematically expounds the financial risks encountered by geological prospecting units under the background of enterprise reform,and puts forward targeted management countermeasures to avoid financial risks.Effective improvement methods help the management to formulate relevant measures to avoid risks in time and ensure the healthy operation of the enterprise,which has certain reference significance for the financial risk management of other companies in the same industry under the same background.
