The subway and the Tram are favored in large and medium-sized cities as a large-capacity and convenient means of transportation.In order to ensure the safety,reliability,and punctuality of subway operations,operators must exert a large amount of energy to monitor the status of the equipment at all times and to carry out the corresponding maintenance and repairs.However,a preventive maintenance strategy that is determined based on experience will inevitably lead to an over-or under-repair condition.In order to improve the actual maintenance efficacy,appropriate manpower and material resource investments,rational adjustment of the maintenance strategy,and rectification of key issues need to be achieved.This paper takes the signal system of Guangzhou Tram Haizhu 1(THZ1)as an example for the study and analysis of subway transportation from the perspective of equipment hazard analysis.Notably,reliability and failure hazard degree are factors that need to be monitored throughout the entire lifecycle of the product.From the product's online service to the product's failure,the reliability and failure hazard degree need to be demonstrated.In the past,based on the total number of equipment in service,the safety stock was determined according to a certain proportion.This extensive management format may lead to excessive inventory and damage to the inventory equipment during their shelf life,which would indirectly increase costs.Therefore,this paper focuses on research on the hazard degree and reliability of the equipment.The main contents include the following:(1)Based on the Failure Mode,Effects,and Criticality Analysis model,by analyzing the actual operational failure data provided by the tram operating company,the weak points of the system equipment are identified.For each weak point of the system,remedial measures are proposed to reduce the occurrence of failures and improve production efficiency.(2)Based on the traditional equipment failure function-reliability linearization fitting algorithm(such as the Weibull distribution model and the exponential function distribution),this study proposes an analysis model for the overall reliability of the same product but with different input timings.Moreover,it establishes a link between the reliability of successively invested products.Based on the large number of product failure records collected from the operating company,the above algorithm is used to obtain the reliability curve of the product,dynamically adjust and update the reliability performance curve,and predict the failure of the equipment in service.Decision support for the safety inventory of product spare parts and counter-measures will also be provided.By conducting research on the hazard degree and reliability of the equipment,this paper proposes a research method for analyzing the system weaknesses and obtaining equipment reliability and equipment failure quantity predictions based on fault data,as well as provide analysis methods and support for maintenance methods of urban rail transit operating companies.
