Reliability data is the basis for product reliability assessment.How to scientifically collect,process,analyze and manage reliability data is the key to reliability management.At present,machine tool manufacturers have not realized the importance of reliability data management,and lack a professional reliability data management and analysis platform.This paper aims to develop a reliability data management system for CNC machine tools,designs a Web terminal,a mobile terminal and a visual real-time monitoring system,and establishes a multi-platform CNC machine tool reliability data management system based on My SQL.The research contents of this paper are summarized as follows:First,the design of the reliability data management system of CNC machine tools is completed.On the basis of analyzing the status quo of reliability data management,the necessity of establishing a reliability data management system for CNC machine tools is proposed.Based on B/S architecture and C/S architecture,the system is divided into three platform subsystems.Through the functional division and process design of the web and mobile systems,a reliability database of CNC machine tools for classified storage is designed.Secondly,the Web-side data management and analysis system,and the mobile-side data entry and retrieval system are developed.The web-side system integrates the functions of reliability assessment,maintainability assessment,failure analysis,and reliability data management.On this basis,a native APP on the mobile terminal is developed,which realizes the entry and management of remote data and regulates reliability.Recording and storage of data.Then,a visual real-time monitoring system based on Unity3 D is studied.The current monitoring status of reliability test is analyzed.Based on the demand analysis of the monitoring system,the design goal of the system is proposed,the theoretical model of the system is established,the system frame and operation mode are designed,and the functional modules of the system are carried out.design.In addition,the research on virtual scene construction,data collection and transmission,multi-view roaming,dynamic behavior mapping,etc.was carried out.Based on the Unity3 D virtual reality engine,the monitoring system was developed to achieve the purpose of visual real-time monitoring.Finally,the integration and testing of the reliability data management system of CNC machine tools is completed.The integration of the multi-platform system improves the status monitoring and data management functions of the visual real-time monitoring system,sets the overall network environment of the system,and realizes system access in the network environment.The system performance test is carried out,and the test shows that the system resource occupancy rate is low and the stability is good.
