With the entry of 21st century, our human society has stepped into the times of intellectual economic society. Due to the fast development of intellectual economics, science and technology, international competition has become more and more fierce and the national overall strength has become the focus of competition. The rise of the national overall strength depends on the development of science and technology, which again relies primarily on a host of high-quality innovative talents. Furthermore, talents with innovative consciousness are only cultivated through education, especially higher education. Therefore, the development and reform of high education has become an urgent issue.The reform of Higher Education aims to cultivate advanced talents with comprehensive qualities, the core of which compromises innovative consciousness and innovative ability so as to integrate production, teaching and research in colleges and university. And a new-typed teaching model of college education must be established for this purpose accordingly. The exploration of teaching models that suit higher education is one of the major issues stipulated in the Reform Program on Teaching Content and Curriculum System of Higher Education in 21st Century. This new-typed education model is to make students participate in the teaching and learning process, and become the real owner of learning, research and study, and thus to improve their self-study ability, innovative ability, cooperative ability and research ability, during which teachers act as instructors (However, at present, the traditional teaching model characteristic of cramming and passive reception is still dominant in colleges and universities. It fails to arouse the students' learning interest and improve the students' motivation and initiation of study.
