Quality Measurement And Spatial Statistical Analysis Of Economic Development In Northwest China

19th national congress clearly pointed out that China's economy has shifted from the stage of high-speed growth to the stage of high-quality development.As a relatively backward region in economic development,Northwest China should actively follow the pace of the country,accelerate its own development,improve the quality of economic development,and narrow the gap with other developed regions.In the pursuit of economic progress to improve the quality of economic development in the northwest region,it is necessary to clarify the current situation and level of the quality of economic development in the northwest region.Therefore,it is necessary to comprehensively measure the quality of economic development in the northwest region from different dimensions and further analyze the spatial distribution of the regional economic development.In this paper,the northwest region in 2008-2017 as a whole and above level around the city as the research object,the scholars on the basis of existing research on quality of economic development,combined with the understanding of the quality of economic development,from the following six dimensions to build quality evaluation index system of economic development: the efficiency of economic growth and stability of economic growth and economic growth structure,resource,environment,science and technology progress,people's livelihoodimprovement.Analyze the economic development status of the provinces and regions in the Northwest,explore the quality of the economic development of the Northwest as a whole and its 32 prefecture-level cities and above.The quality of the economic development of the Northwest region,the corresponding suggestions are given.First of all,this article is based on the research of the existing quality of economic development,the difference between the economic development and economic growth and tells the story of understanding of the quality of economic development,this paper builds an index system of the quality of economic development measure,describes the five northwestern provinces during the study period of economic development,laying the groundwork for further measure economic development quality.Secondly,according to the economic development quality evaluation index system and the entropy method,the dimensions and the weights of the indicators were determined,and the quality index of economic development in Northwest China and its six dimensions and the 32 prefecture-level and The scores of the above cities found that the overall quality of economic development in the Northwest region showed a downward trend during the study period,and the trend of its economic development quality scores showed a W-shape.According to the economic development quality of 32 cities in the northwest and above,from the perspective of dynamic development,the economic development of the cities in thenorthwest region is divided into optimization and development,start-up development,tortuous development,and retrogressive development.Then,based on the economic development quality measurement results of 32prefecture-level cities and above in the northwest region,the spatial correlation analysis method was used to analyze the evolution process of the spatial distribution of the economic development quality in the northwest region and the spatial auto correlation analysis of the region.During the study period,the quality of economic development in the northwestern region shifted to a low level,and the two levels of internal distribution were quite different;According to the correlation analysis of regional economic development quality,it is found that the overall spatial correlation of northwest China is weak,the spillover effect of each region is not prominent in the development process,and the radiation correlation of surrounding cities is not strong.In part,there is a positive correlation between cities.The "high" quadrant has little effect on the linkage of surrounding cities,while the "low" quadrant has a large number of cities with obvious agglomeration.Finally,combined with the evaluation results of the quality of economic development and the study on the spatial distribution of regional economy,the paper puts forward some policy Suggestions to improve the quality of economic development.
