Comprehensive Evaluation Of The Quality Of Marine Economic Development In 11 China’s Coastal Provinces And Cities

The 21st century is the century of ocean.After 2000 years,under the correct leadership of the CPC Central Conmmittee and the State Council,China’s marine economy began developing rapidly.Human developed and utilize to marine large-scalely and benefited greatly from the ocean,countries around the world to develop the new maritime strategy,the coastal countries have readjusted their new marine development strategy,launched the "blue enclosure movement." There are a series of problems or caused by the rapid development of marine economy in the process.To ensure the sustainable use of marine resources,to protect the marine environment harmonization,we must improve the quality of marine economic development and choose the path of sustainable development.Judging the quality of the marine economic development accurately is to grasp the premise of marine economic development level and the state accurately.Based on the research at home and abroad,the domestic and foreign research progress o f marine economy are summarized,relevant concepts and definition of related meaning,so as to form the theoretical basis of the paper;reference index system construction principles,on t he basis of the definition and connotation of the definition of the quality of the marine econo mic development,comprehensive and systematic consideration of the influence factors of the eleven coastal provinces of marine economic development quality from five aspects,the use o f marine resources,marine economy,marine science and technology,marine ecological envir onment and marine comprehensive management,construction of marine economic developme nt quality evaluation index system,and use entropy method on China’s eleven coastal provinc es of marine economic development quality comprehensive evaluation;to evaluate the analysi s results based on the use of cluster analysis eleven provinces each marine industry category,award of coastal economic development in our country are divided into three different.The st age of development.Finally,the selection of indicators of the impact of the marine economic development,with the deviation of the share of the coastal economic development of the elev-en provinces and cities of the spatial difference analysis.Getting the following conclusions:t he best quality of marine economic development include Shanghai,Tianjin and Hainan.and Hebei.Guangxi,the worst.The quality of development of marine economy of the eleven provinces and cities is divided into three stages,Shanghai,Tianjin,in the first stage,Shandong,Zhejiang,Fujian,Guangdong and Hainan in the second stage,Jiangsu,Guangxi,Li aoning and Hebei in the thir-d stage.Among them,Tianjin,Zhejiang,Fujian;,Shandong,Guan gxi and Hainan have the most advantage in the industrial structure of marine economy.In view of the problems existing in the quality of marine economic development in the 11 coastal provinces of China,the feasible policies and suggestions are put forward.In order to further improve the marine economic development of China’s coastall 11 provinces and citie s,to improve the quality of China’s coastal marine economic development,to provide accurat e reference and reference value.
