Port Logistics Service Provider Cooperation Alliance Income Distribution

In recent years,in order to solve the problem of resource idleness and waste,the port has improved its ability to resist external risks and actively build a port logistics service supply chain.The port logistics service provider is an important link in the supply chain of the port logistics service.When the port distributes the income in the supply chain,in order to further promote the role of the enterprises in the supply chain,the gradient distribution method is proposed..In this context,the port logistics service provider cooperation alliance came into being;the logistics service provider will cooperate with other enterprises to build a cooperative alliance in order to achieve a higher level of“concession",in order to cooperate with the overall freight volume from the port.Get a higher level of discount.So how to comprehensively consider the various factors affecting the distribution of the cooperative alliance's income,and the scientific and rational distribution of the overall new benefits of the cooperative alliance is the problem of this paper.Firstly,through the analysis of the construction motivation,construction principle and income distribution mechanism of the port logistics service provider cooperation alliance;on this basis,based on the marginal contribution rate of the logistics service provider's freight volume,based on the Shapley value method for the port The income distribution of the logistics service provider cooperative alliance was studied.The effectiveness of Shapley value in the revenue distribution of the port logistics service provider cooperative alliance was verified by an example.However,the analysis of the results also found that the allocation scheme of Shapley value did not take into account the impact of market structure on income distribution.In order to solve the above problems,this paper analyzes in detail the influencing factors of the logistics service provider cooperative alliance income distribution,establishes the income distribution correction index system,and determines the final income distribution plan of each bureau based on the trapezoidal fuzzy number method.Comparing the three income distribution methods of the cooperative alliance,we can see the Shapley value income distribution method based on the trapezoidal fuzzy number,which can effectively balance the fairness and efficiency;it fully reflects the decisive effect of different freight volume on the income distribution result;also considers the resources.The influence of input,expected freight volume,core competitiveness of enterprises,and the right to speak on the port of the game on the distribution of income;is an effective way of distributing income of cooperative alliances.Finally,based on the research results,this paper analyzes the business strategies of different types of business entities from different angles,and provides a reference for the construction of cooperative alliances and the development strategies of enterprises.The innovative results of this paper are:(1)According to the analysis of the factors affecting the income distribution of the port logistics service provider cooperation alliance,the index system of the revenue distribution of the port logistics service provider cooperative alliance is established.(2)Based on the Shapley value method of trapezoidal fuzzy numbers,the income distribution plan of the cooperative alliance of port logistics service providers is proposed,which provides a new perspective for the research of the income distribution of cooperative alliances.
