With the gradual refinement of social division of labor, service outsourcing activities have become increasingly mature.Under economic globalization, logistics activities, which are important nodes linking economic needs in economic activities, are becoming more and more complicated. Many companies choose to transfer non-core business to more efficient specialized organizations in order to bring resources and capabilities closer to their core businesses. The outsourcing of logistics business is one of the most important business outsourcing.A large number of practices have proved that excellent third-party logistics service providers play a huge role in enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises, improving value-added service capabilities, and reducing operating costs. This paper from the perspective of logistics demand enterprises, takes A company as the research object, and on the basis of discussing the selection of logistics service providers,it studies the distribution of logistics operations. In the selection of logistics service providers,a logistics service provider evaluation model based on grey correlation degree-TOPSIS method is constructed.Firstly, the status quo of current logistics demand of A company and the status quo of logistics service provider management are discussed. The problems existing in the management of logistics service providers are analyzed.Combined with the evaluation index system of existing logistics service providers and the interview results of company experts,it is proposed from logistics.Start with the service capability, logistics service quality, logistics service cost, and enterprise operation quality, and improve the selection index system of logistics service providers of Company A.Introduce the entropy weight coefficient method, combine the company's actual operational data to sort and screen the existing logistics service providers that have a cooperative relationship with Company A,and calculate the weight of each logistics service provider after screening to prepare for the following logistics operation allocation research. In the allocation of logistics operations,a model based on the logistics workload allocation is constructed. In this paper, the weight of the logistics service provider calculated in the previous article is applied as the calculation factor to the distribution of logistics operations,in order to improve the quality of logistics operation allocation. The model aims at logistics service cost, logistics service quality and logistics service provider's participation satisfaction. It integrates the importance of A company's attention to various logistics service providers and the preference of A company's decision makers to each target. The logistics operation quantity allocation model is classified and discussed for the single logistics demand situation and multi-logistics demand situation.Combined with the solution results, the influence of A company's decision makers' preferences and logistics service providers' participation satisfaction on the logistics operation allocation results is analyzed..Through the analysis of the results,it is proposed that the logistics service provider should be selec, ted to evaluate the system, and the logistics service providers should be considered in order to comprehensively consider the degree of participation of the logistics service providers. The research results of this paper can not only provide useful decision-making assistance for the management of Company A,but also hope to help similar companies improve the management level of logistics service providers. In this paper, there are 4 pictures,41 tables, and 68 references.
