Research On Optimization Of Asset Income Distribution Of HJL Magnetite Resources Based On Modified Shapley Value

Natural resources are the material and environmental foundation for economic and social development.The CPC Central Committee and the State Council have successively issued a number of documents to guide the construction of the natural resource asset management system.For HJL magnetite,mineral resources are a representative natural resource,and the system and mechanism related to the income of its resources and assets are constantly being improved.The distribution mechanism still needs to be improved.Based on the analysis of the current status of income distribution of HJL magnetite resources assets,this paper analyzes the stakeholder relationship,income composition,distribution path and income realization degree of asset income in the process of project development in combination with the resource value flow accounting method.,it is clear that HJL magnetite has the need to develop the management of mineral resource assets income.Based on this,this paper proposes to construct a set of HJL magnetite resource asset income distribution scheme based on modified Shapley value.Starting from the stakeholder relationship of the asset income of mineral resources,the concept of cooperative game is introduced to rationally discuss the stakeholder relationship of mineral resources development projects,and the Shapley value method,a mathematical model of income distribution,is used to distribute the income of mineral resources assets,and the introduction of investment The Shapley value is weighted and revised by influencing factors such as,risk,etc.,and a more fair,reasonable,accurate and credible asset income distribution model is established.Finally,the case of HJL magnetite is used for specific application,the income distribution value of HJL magnetite is reconstructed,the expected effect of income distribution of mineral resources assets is analyzed,and relevant policy suggestions are put forward.On the whole,this paper reasonably measures the income of resource assets on the basis of clear property rights and paid use,and designs a relatively complete income distribution plan for mineral resources assets,which has theoretical significance and research value for the research on income management of mineral resources assets.
