Comparative Study On Textual Programming Patterns For Biodiversity Conservation Text

Biodiversity is the basis of social development and human survival.It is also the guarantee of ecological civilization construction and sustainable nation development.With the acceleration of the global urbanization process and human production interventions,biodiversity is being lost,leading to the decline of ecosystem services,the original ecological balance was broken.Accordingly,the conservation and sustainable utilization of biodiversity has been become a major problem that to be solved urgently in human society.In order to effectively deal with the problems and challenges of biodiversity conservation in China and respond positively to the call of ecological civilization construction and biodiversity conservation action plan,a series of biodiversity conservation work has been carried out by all walks of life in China.The compilation of "The Biodiversity Conservation Planning" is one of the import contents of biodiversity conservation,it provided theoretical guidance for the biodiversity conservation.Currently,there are no guidelines or procedures for the preparation of biodiversity conservation planning.In this paper,twelve representative texts of "Biodiversity Conservation Planning Program" were selected as the research objects.By comparing and analyzing,the samples structure and content of the reasonable biodiversity conservation planning text was put forward,it provided theoretical reference for the compilation of "Biodiversity Conservation Planning".The findings were as follows:1.Through consulting the literature,analyzing the samples and combining the relevant practical experience,it was concluded that the process of preparing the text of the biodiversity conservation plan includes data collection,local survey of biodiversity,assessment of the status of diversity,determination of protection objectives,formulation of protection measures,compilation of texts,expert review,etc.2.By comparing and analyzing the sample structure,it was founded that the texts of "Biodiversity Conservation Planning" were quite different.The text structure consists of nine parts,including preface,regional overview,status and evaluation of biodiversity conservation,general planning,protection measures,safeguard mechanisms,key projects and investment estimates,benefit analysis,and chart annexes.3.The foreword is one of the text structure of "Biodiversity Conservation Planning",which includes planning background,planning basis,protection measures,key projectsand investment estimation,benefit analysis and so on.The statistical analysis showed that33.3% of the texts lacked the preface.4.The body is the main part of the protection planning text,including regional profiles,planning basis,protection measures,key projects and investment estimates,benefit analysis and so on.Among them,the protection measures are carried out from five aspects: ecology,species,heredity,landscape and agriculture,while paying attention to the construction of "ecological corridors" among various patches.Statistical analysis samples founded that the content of the biodiversity conservation planning texts were incomprehensive;83.3% of the texts lacked general introduction of social resource;25.0% of the texts lacked regional profiles;25.0% of the texts lacked planning gist;75.0% of the texts lacked protection of agricultural diversity;76.6% of the texts lacked key engineering and investment estimates;and 92.6% of the texts lacked benefit analysis.5.Statistical analysis founded that the text of the biodiversity conservation planning annex incomplete phenomenon.50% of the texts lacked attachment part,which includes the attached tables and attached drawings.The attached tables include biodiversity priority projects,key projects and investment estimates,list of animals and plants;the attached drawings include planning area map,rare or key animals and plants analysis map,protection status map,planning map.Based on the analysis of the sample and practice of " Biodiversity Conservation Planning ",a scientific,reasonable and standard text preparation process structure of the biodiversity conservation plan were put forward,which can provide theoretical reference and practical basis for the preparation of biodiversity conservation plan.
