Research On Biodiversity Conservation Planning Based On Ecocounty Construction

Urban construction with economic construction as the main content often overlooks the protection of the ecological environment.The survival of animals and plants is threatened by human destruction activities,resulting in the reduction of biodiversity.The construction of ecological counties is guided by ecology and comprehensively studies the complex systems of economy,environment,and ecology.While ensuring economic development,it also protects biodiversity.The formulation and implementation of the biodiversity conservation plan is a condition for stabilizing biodiversity and is an important guarantee for achieving sustainable human development.This paper takes the biodiversity conservation plan under the construction of ecological counties as the research direction and adopts a combination of multiple research methods.Through investigations,combined with the research on the biodiversity conservation plan of Guangde County,the relevant issues of biodiversity conservation planning under the construction of ecological counties were studied and discussed.The following research results were mainly included:?Explain the concepts of ecological cities,ecological counties,biodiversity,and urban biodiversity;Based on previous research results,the contents of the biodiversity survey and specific investigation methods were proposed: data collection,field surveys,and visit surveys;According to the “Regional Biodiversity Evaluation Criteria”(HJ 623-2011)issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection,six indicators of biodiversity assessment are pointed out: wild vascular plant richness,wildlife richness,ecosystem type diversity,species Endemism,richness of threatened species,and invasive alien species.?Analyze the dialectical internal relationship between ecological county construction and biodiversity conservation,that is,rich biodiversity promotes the construction of ecological counties,and ecological counties provide strong protection for biodiversity conservation.The principles,preparation procedures,contents and methods of planning for biodiversity conservation based on ecological county construction are proposed.?Analyzed the challenges faced by biodiversity conservation planning under the guidance of ecological county construction.Based on these challenges,four principles for biodiversity conservation planning were proposed: overall planning,highlighting priorities,and distribution implementation principles;government macro regulation and control,social common Participation principle;principle of combining ecological environment construction and biodiversity conservation;principle of coordination of economic benefits,social benefits and ecological benefits.?Putting forward the preparation procedures for biodiversity conservation planning under the guidance of ecological counties and the planning methods for biodiversity,including plant diversity protection planning,animal diversity protection planning,landscape diversity protection planning and ecosystem diversity protection planning.On the overall status of domestic biodiversity conservation,biodiversity protection measures are proposed from the regulatory level,policy level,economic level,and technical level.?Taking the Guangde County biodiversity conservation plan as an example,the ecological county construction under the guidance of the methods and theories of biodiversity conservation planning will be used to further validate and optimize research results,aiming at other counties(cities)in China.Provide theoretical references for the preparation of biodiversity conservation plans.
