With the rapid development and expansion of urban construction, natural habitat is constantly occupied by urban construction.Mountain have been fragmented, landscapes have been broken, and the underlying surface has hardened, leading to the deterioration of the urban ecological environment, seriously affecting the local human settlements and future development.Urban biodiversity is an important foundation to maintain urban ecosystem. The development of conservation plans is not only a hot topic in biodiversity research, but also a necessary task for urban sustainable development.Karst mountainous cities have a special landscape pattern that combines urban and mountainous landscapes.Their biodiversity has both the congenital advantages of natural plaques and the sharp development disadvantages of human and land. Therefore,it is of great significance to study the current characteristics of biodiversity in mountainous cities, explore the impact of urban development on biodiversity, and put forward scientific planning strategies for the protection of mountain cities ecosystem. This paper takes Anshun city,a typical karst mountain city as an example, combining the theories and methods of landscape ecology,3S technology, biodiversity conservation and so on,to carry out the urban biodiversity conservation planning research.Based on the status of species diversity in the planning area, using the third phase of remote sensing images from 2007 to 2017 as data sources and using GIS technology, this paper analyzes the landscape pattern change characteristics and future development trends of different levels in the development process of mountainous cities. The following results are obtained:(1)the present situation of plant species diversity in mountainous cities.(2)the main driving factor of urban landscape pattern dynamics in karst mountainous regions(3)the changing characteristics of mountain patches in mountainous cities.Through the comprehensive evaluation of the above results,it is concluded that the strategies of biodiversity conservation planning in mountainous cities are as follows:Firstly, with habitat protection as the starting point, the paper simulates the development law ofmountain cities, delimits important protected areas in spatial layout.Secondly, increases the vertical structure of green space in constructed areas at the level of species protection. Finally, according to the analysis results of landscape and species diversity,it is concluded that the natural mountain body is the ecological patch that needs to be protected in mountain cities, and a multi-model strategy to solve the fragmentation of mountain body is put forward.
