The Biodiversity Conservation Planning Of Jianhu Yancheng In Jiangsu Province

Global and regional changes in biodiversity on the planet caused by human activity, as a core, and promote the ecosystem services of our human life-support systems, biological diversity conservation is the key to sustainable human development. This passage is based on the landscape architecture professional, scientific and comprehensive on urban biological local survey, use urban ecology theory, protection of biological and landscape ecology theory as a guide, took the city of JianHu as a model to explore the scope of urban biodiversity survey and the mode of urban biodiversity conservation planning, hopefully to be some reference to biodiversity conservation of cities in East China and the whole country and the construction of "National Garden City "," Ecological Garden City ". Main results in this paper are as follows:(1) Through research on the development and current status of Chinese urban biodiversity conservation planning and combining theory and Success Stories, we summarized problems in China’s biodiversity conservation as follows:First, during the rapid urbanization the loss of urban biodiversity resources becomes serious; Second, lacking of uniform and preparation of outline; Third, disconnecting between the planning and the urban construction and other special planning making it difficult to play a guiding role; Forth, biodiversity conservation and monitoring of relevant theoretical research is not mature yet; And the last, lacking of specialized institutions and professionals to guide the city reported to protect biodiversity.(2) Through the investigation of51examples in Jianhu city and research on the Jianhu plant resources and distribution of flora department of164families,516genera,659species, combined with the status of animal diversity, we summarized the ecosystem diversity of Jianhu, and provide basic data for biodiversity conservation planning of Jianhu.(3) Combined with Jianhu’s urban biodiversity status, our research against different levels of biodiversity conservation, made reasonable suggestions to Jianhu’s biodiversity conservation from the follow respects:urban biodiversity monitoring and management system, species diversity, the protection of bird species diversity, to the protection of fish species diversity etc.(4) Combined with pre-theoretical research, took the City of Jianhu as a model, with Chinese current urban biodiversity conservation planning problems, we provided specific implementation approach of Chinese urban biodiversity conservation planning.
