Study On County Wetland Resources Protection Planning In Shou County,Anhui

Wetlands are natural complexes formed by the interaction of water and land,and it is an important natural resource.With the acceleration of social economy and urbanization,it is very important to effectively protect the county wetland ecosystem.Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of wetland resources and protection management in Shou County,this thesis discusses the main threats,existing problems and reasons faced by the wetland resources in Shou County,carries out the research on wetland protection planning in Shou County,defines the key protection objects of wetland resources,constructs the protection system,improves the protection measures,and the research results will provide the protection planning of wetland resources in our county cases that can be used for reference.The main achievements of this study are as follows:(1)Based on the data of the second census of wetlands in Shou County,this thesis sums up the distribution law of wetland resources: the county is dominated by lake wetland,the wetland type distribution has significant regional advantages,and the wetland resources richness makes the landscape tourism resources unique.Wetland in the county is divided into two categories: natural wetland and artificial wetland,of which natural wetland accounts for 83.04% of the total wetland area in the county;there are 7 wetland types,including permanent fresh water lake,permanent river,flood plain wetland,herbaceous swamp wetland,reservoir pond,canal,water conveyance river and aquaculture farm,the main wetland types are permanent fresh water lake wetland,accounting for 63.53% of the total wetland area.The wetland biodiversity analysis was carried out,there are mainly 9 wetland dominant species in the territory,which belong to 3 wetland vegetation type groups;there are 114 species of wetland birds,including 3 species of national first-class protected birds,10 species of national second-class protected birds,6 species of first-class protected birds in Anhui Province,19 species of second-class protected birds in Anhui Province;there are 8 orders,14 families and 51 species of fish resources,and 1 species of second-class protected fish in Anhui Province.(2)The county wetland is facing the main threats of increasing water pollution,unreasonable development and excessive utilization of resources,and shrinking wetland resources.The main reasons for these threats are the lack of relevant laws and regulations,management coordination and monitoring mechanism,backward management technology,insufficient investment in wetland protection special funds and inadequate publicity and education.(3)Under the guidance of relevant theories and superior planning,the principles,protection scope,and short-term and long-term construction goals of the county wetland protection are clarified.Combined with the unique topography and landform of Shou County and the characteristics of wetland resources distribution,the county wetland is divided into 3 functional areas: “the northwestern Huaihe river water network wetland area”,“the central river-lake wetland area” and “the southern low hills pond river wetland area”,according to the characteristics of each sub-area,three protection levels of “priority protection”,“emphasis protection” and “full protection” are proposed;the layout of the wetland protection structure of “one network,two cores,six corridors and multiple points” is clarified.(4)This research starts with the 3 major protection systems of wetland protection system,wetland management system and key project construction system,through the construction of wetland nature reserves(including wetland protection communities),wetland parks,animals and plants protection projects,education and publicity bases and so on key projects,to achieve the organic combination of biodiversity conservation,wetland restoration and management,wetland protection and tourism development,comprehensively improve the level of wetland protection,management and comprehensive utilization,construct a protection and rational utilization system for the sustainable development of wetland resources.
