Located in the non-ferrous metal capital of Chenzhou,Xihe National Wetland Park in Chenzhou is a very typical and unique wetland ecosystem, but it involved a wide area. There were some heavy metal pollution and wetland resources protection and utilization of problems. Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out wetland resource survey analysis and wetland park environmental monitoring and evaluation to maintain the stability of ecological environment along the West River, the protection and utilization of wetland resources and the sustainable development of ecological economy. In this paper,we try to take Xihe National Wetland Park in Chenzhou as the research object, through investigating the characteristics of wetland resources such as animals and plants, landscape culture, and monitoring spatial changes of soil and water quality and wetland environmental quality, and using SPSS23 software to analyze these data of wetland resource characteristics and wetland environmental quality. Then evaluating and comparing the changes during the construction of wetland park according to the national wetland park assessment standards. On this basis,to plan the functional zoning and to analyze current situation of the wetland park, and then we put forward protection and utilization countermeasures for each functional zoning, wetland resources, wetland soil and water environment, and so on.This will provide some references for the sustainable use of wetland resources in Xihe,Chenzhou. The main findings of the paper are as follows:(1)The pH value of soil in Xihe National Wetland Park in Chenzhou was between 5.00 to 7.49,which was weakly acidic to neutral, and the overall content of soil organic matter was between 3.05%to 9.09%.According to the soil nutrient grading standards of the second national census,Tangmenkou town,Xiangyindu town sample soil belongs to the 2nd level, other sample points belong to the 1st level, the soil organic matter level is better. The content of total pHospHorus and total potassium ranged from 0.125-0.553 g/kg,0.164-0.369 g/kg respectively, which are are"very low"or"very low"levels, indicating a large supply of potassium and pHospHorus in the soil of wetland parks or a large loss of gonorrhea. The calcium and magnesium content ranged from 0.411-60.095 g/kg and 0.256-3.115 g/kg respectively. The Cadmium content in wetland soil exceeds the standard, the Lead content exceeds the standard locally, which has the potential hazard, and further investigation and soil restoration and treatment work should be made.(2)The water quality pH value of Xihe National Wetland Park in Chenzhou is neutral and weakly alkaline, and the pH value shows the midstream, downstream>upstream and tributals along with the change of different spatial locations. The total nitrogen content of water samples in the lower reaches of the river was slightly exceeded. The spatial variation of total pHospHorus content was small, which was basically in the range of surface water quality standard ?(0.1 mg/L).Heavy metal elements of Cu,Zn,Pb and As detected at various points in the River Wetland Park basin were not exceeded, where the content of Cd and Hg pollution elements in the water environment at the sampling point was lower than the lower detection limit and could not be detected. On the whole, the pollution of heavy metals in the water body shows that the management and protection of the Western River basin is more effective.(3)Xihe National Wetland Park in Chenzhou is rich in biological resources.According to the survey, there are a total of 700 species of plants, belonging to 144 branches of 457 genus,of which ferns 17 sections 25 genus 28 species, naked plants 5 sections 6 genus 7 species, ceded plants 122 sections 426 genus 665 species.Vertebrates have 29 meshes 87 branches 246 species, including birds, fish outline, biracial climbing and lactation.Compared with the initial planning and construction of wetland park, wetland plants increased by 22 sections 51 genus 81 species, wetland vertebrates increased by 1 meshes 13 sections 36 species. The number of animal and plant resources species in wetland park and the richness has been increased, which means the ecological environment has been greatly improved.(4)According to the characteristics of wetland resources, the overall evaluation results of West River National Wetland Park in Chenzhou are"excellent",and the results of four individual evaluations of wetland ecosystem, wetland environment quality, wetland landscape and additional sub-units are "excellent",indicating that its wetland ecosystem is highly representative and typical, the wetland environment quality is good, the wetland landscape value is high, the wetland resources are rich, and have good prospects for protection and utilization.(5)In order to better protect and utilize wetland resources, the Xihe National Wetland Park in Chenzhou will be planned as a conservation area, restoration and reconstruction area, mission exhibition area, rational utilization area and management service area, and its functional zoning and overall layout can be summed up as "one area, one heart, four areas, four nodes",according to the results of wetland resource characteristics analysis. We put forward protection and utilization countermeasures for the current situation of functional zoning utilization, wetland landscape resources, biological resources, wetland environment, and the pollution control and restoration of heavy metal soil such as cadmium and lead.In Tangmengkou town and Qifengdu town area,We choose the use of different super-rich plant restoration-based,chemical repair measures supplemented by soil environmental restoration and control measures, according to the actual situation of the division of each restoration area.
