| The feasibility study is a detailed analysis of the feasibility of the planned project with its unique and scientific analysis methods,which has become a requirement in the decision-making process of the project.In feasibility study,the project arrangement,fund raising,risk analysis,etc.which are important reference in the actual construction process,will be detailed at the same time.The post-project evaluation has been widely valued by society,and the relevant content of the feasibility study will be important comparative data for the post-project evaluation as well.Considering its unique significance of the feasibility study,it plays a very important role for the investment analysis and decision-making of the project.China is a country suffering from serious drought and water shortage.In 2018,China's total reserves of fresh water resources is 2746.25 billion m3.Although the total amount of the fresh water ranks first in the world,the per capita water resources is only about 2200 m3,which is only about 25% of the world's average.China is one of the few countries which are lacking in water seriously around the world.In China,the precipitation and fresh water reserves are seriously imbalance,and it generally shows as the more in the east and south than the west and north.Therefore,it is very serious in fresh water shortage in the Northeast and Northwest in China.In such areas which lacks in fresh water,it will also directly impact on the implementation of projects.In coastal areas,desalination is a feasible measure to fresh water supplement.Some provinces and cities have also issued corresponding policies to encourage desalination to solve fresh water shortage.As a large textile enterprise,Company H uses a large amount of electricity in its production.As approved,it plans to build its own power plant.The power plant has a large demand for fresh water in daily production.However,with the local supply of fresh water,it can only meet the demand during its construction period.It should adopt other ways to meet the demand of fresh water in its daily production.Through comparison,it is proposed to use seawater desalination to produce fresh water for the power plant.Considering the freshwater shortage of the surrounding areas,the company also studied whether the fresh water supply can be another profit engine as well.Based on above,this thesis analyzes the feasibility of H Company's desalination project by using the relevant research methods of project feasibility study and analysis.By analyzing the actual water demand and H Company's own characteristics,as well as the feasibility of the desalination project in terms of technology,economy and other aspects,which provides reference for the decision-making of the project.The content of this thesis makes a comprehensive feasibility analysis of the project from the technical feasibility,economic benefits,environmental impact,social effectiveness and other aspects,and then draws the final conclusion.The desalination project is feasible for the daily production of the company,and also has social benefits and strategic investment value.However,if we want to achieve better economic value,we need to take effective measures to reduce the cost in low-cost desalination technology,daily operation and maintenance.The improvement of all these aspects offers conditions for further tending to large scale market. |
