Aiming at the production of Gardenia Jasminoides Ellis,in order to reduce the production cost of Gardenia Jasminoides Ellis, especially in the first four years before the normal production period, which is of poor economic benefit and serious harm to the grass, and to destroy the soil ecology by applying a large number of herbicides, this study is based on the fact that Black bean has the characteristics of strong adaptability, long growth period, good growth potential, nitrogen fixation, soil improvement, and can increase certain economic benefits, the experiments of Gardenia / Black Bean intercropping, artificial weeding and weeding with herbicides were carried out, through the effects of different planting patterns on the control of grass damage and the effects on soil fertility, physical structure, soil microbial community structure, yield and quality of Gardenia, the advantages of Gardenia Black bean were explored, with its popularization and application in production.1.Study on the control effect of different weed control methodsThe control effects of different treatments on weed damage were different.Artificial weeding had no significant effect on the dominance of weeds, only artificial intervention could reduce the number of weeds, and the application of herbicide only weakened the dominance of weeds to a certain extent, the effect of intercropping black bean on weed dominance was also weakened to some extent, especially the dominant weeds crabgrass and Chrysanthemum Chrysanthemum, but the effect on weed control was better than that of applying herbicide. It can be seen that Gardenia intercropping black bean also has the effect of controlling weeds, and the effect of controlling weeds lies between the artificial weeding and the application of herbicide. The results showed that intercropping black bean was an effective alternative to herbicide application.2.Effects of different weeding methods on soil microecologyThe soil Ph value increased under the three weed control methods. The increase of soil Ph was higher than that of intercropping black bean, that is,black bean was more effective to stabilize soil Ph,and was more beneficial to the growth of Gardenia.Among the three methods of weeding, the application of herbicides would result in the decrease of soil organic matter.Intercropping black bean was more beneficial to increase the content of total nitrogen, total phosphorus, organic matter and total potassium in soil,to maintain soil fertility,to fertilize soil and to promote the growth of Gardenia. The species abundance and diversity of fungi and bacteria in soil samples treated with herbicides were significantly lower than those treated with artificial herbicides.Compared with other weed control methods, intercropping black bean had higher fungal species abundance and species diversity, and higher bacterial species abundance and species diversity compared with herbicides, but lower than artificial weed control. The results showed that intercropping of black bean increased the quantity and diversity of soil microorganism, improved the structure of microbial community, promoted the production of organic matter in soil and improved the soil nutrient condition.3.Economic Benefits of different forms of weedingThrough the variance analysis of the fruit yield of Gardenia,it was found that there was no significant difference in the yield of Gardenia between artificial weeding and herbicides, and the yield of Gardenia was the highest in the intercropping of black bean, the results showed that intercropping black soybean was beneficial to increase the yield of Gardenia, but herbicide had no significant effect on the yield of Gardenia. The content of Jasminoidin in Fructus GARDENIAE had no significant difference among different weed control methods, which all met the standard of National Pharmacopoeia. However, the content of geniposide was slightly lower than that of other herbicides.Through the analysis of input and output, the results showed that the economic benefit of Gardenia / Black Bean intercropping was the highest, and there was no significant difference in yield and quality between herbicides and artificial herbicides. In conclusion, the results showed that Gardenia / Black Bean intercropping had the best effect among the three weed control methods,it can be used as an effective weed control method of reducing application and increasing efficiency instead of applying herbicides.
