| As a developing country with rapid economic development,China has long declared that it has entered an aging society. In the ten years from 2008 to 2017,the population over 60 increased by nearly 100 million. The increase of the elderly population has brought many new social problems. The number of "empty nesters" is increasing. The pattern of home care, community care and institutional care is deepening. The "silver hair" market presents a large gap, showing "quantity" without "quality" phenomenon. In some countries with high levels of ageing, such as Sweden and Japan, the ageing consumer market has formed an industrial extension chain from older products to professional services. As a kind of product with wide range of application and strong practicability, rollator is being accepted and used by more and more old people.Rollator is not only a tool for them, but also a "companion".This topic takes the elderly with mild and moderate walking obstacles as the target group, and takes ergonomics as the design principle, studies and designs the rollator which assists the elderly to transfer.Firstly, this paper studies the old people’s psychology of physical perception aging, nervous system weakening and motor system weakening, and they are prone to loneliness and loneliness,as well as the consumer mentality of paying more attention to the price and practicality of products when shopping. Finally, the direction of product design based on the old people’s physiology and psychology is obtained.Secondly, the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the existing products in the market,to find design opportunities, and to analyze the use environment of the rollator. Finally, the three elements of Ergonomics-"assisting the elderly","powerless driving" and "using environment" are unified into the system, and the correlation and adaptability among them are analyzed comprehensively. The design principle of rollator aid based on ergonomics is obtained. In the design practice, through questionnaire survey and exchange interviews, the actual use of the elderly and unpowered walking workshops was investigated and observed, and the crowd demand and market gap was found. Finally, the final design scheme was obtained, and the rationality of the scheme was verified by CATIA human simulation. This topic combines theoretical research with design practice, striving to make research and practical value. |
