| It is important to properly solve the social problems caused by population aging.As people grow older,their body functions will gradually decline.Specific manifestations include decreased exercise range,ligament elasticity,and decreased muscle strength.Therefore,standing and walking may become unstable and even fall.After the elderly fall,they may be accompanied by severe complications such as fractures,cerebral hemorrhage,and craniocerebral injury,which not only causes great physical and mental harm to the elderly,but also increases children and social pressure.Therefore,this subject has carried out product design to improve the lower limb muscle strength of the elderly.First,this article collects research data related to lower limb muscle strength training products for the elderly,summarizes the existing problems,and puts forward the research content of this subject;collects and sorts out the ergonomics related to the lower limb muscle strength training for the elderly The theory clarifies the ergonomic design principles of elderly products.Secondly,user surveys were conducted on the elderly’s areas of activity,number of falls,fitness time,etc.through questionnaires,and it was concluded that the elderly had a small range of activities,increased number of falls,and short fitness time due to physical decline.Conclusion: Using in-depth interviews,user interviews were conducted on the elderly’s exercise methods,selected fitness products,and problems encountered when using fitness products.The results of the interviews were summarized and analyzed,and it was concluded that the elderly were using them because of their lower limb strength.The existing fitness equipment felt powerless and worried about the safety issues during use.Conclusions were summarized by observing the elderly’s walking posture and daily life content.Thirdly,the subjective evaluation method was used to evaluate the comfort,safety,sustainability,and training effects of the four muscle training methods ofbrisk walking,high leg raising,opening and closing jump,and electrical stimulation.The electrical stimulation training method was The best training method.Then,by measuring the thigh length,calf length,thigh thickness,calf thickness,calf plus foot height,and ankle thickness of 65 to 75-year-olds,combined with the measurements of the body size of the elderly in Beijing area,the total is obtained with The data of the elderly’s lower extremity-related dimensions are used as the basis for the size parameters of the elderly fitness product design.Finally,according to the survey results,the target population,the use environment and functional elements of the elderly fitness products were designed and positioned,and the lower limb strength training apparatus for the elderly was designed in conjunction with ergonomics. |
