Xi Jinping's Philosophical Foundation Research On Scientific And Technological Innovation Discussion

Science and technology is an important driver of growth for the development of human society.The prosperity of science and technology is the prosperity of the nation,while the strength of science and technology is the strength of the country.General Secretary Xi Jinping placed priority on scientific and technological innovation and published a series of discussions about theoretical and practical problems on scientific and technological innovation,which formed a complete ideological and theoretical system.These ideas are important components of General Secretary Xi Jinping's socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Some studies have focused on summarizing and analyzing the contents of General Secretary Xi Jinping's discussion on scientific and technological innovation.However,due to a lack of deeply systematic reflection and exploration on the philosophical basis of these ideas,which on some points affects people's deep-understanding and implement of General Secretary Xi Jinping's discussion of scientific and technological innovation.This text examines the main problems facing the current academic circles and all sectors of society in learning and understanding General Secretary Xi Jinping's discussion of scientific and technological innovation,revealing philosophical foundations of discussion of scientific and technological innovation mentioned by Xi Jinping from ontology,methodology and axiology.This text is divided into four parts,excluding the introduction and conclusion.The first part of the paper focuses on three angles of theoretical founder and service object and main content,which discusses the basic connotation of General Secretary Xi Jinping's discussion of scientific and technological innovation,concludes and summarizes Xi's discussion with main features: the unity of scientific research and timeliness,creation and inheritance,integrity and pertinence.The second part of the paper concerns the perspective of theory and practice,revealing the practical basis of Xi Jinping's discussion on scientific and technological innovation from three aspects: practical experience of China's scientific and technological innovation,practical situation of the world's scientific and technological innovation,and General Secretary Xi Jinp's engagement in scientific and technological innovation and leadership in practice of scientific and technological innovation,This text discusses the establishment of general secretary Xi jinping's discussion on scientific and technological innovation.The third part of the text examines the perspective of thinking methods and ideological theories,revealing ideological methods used by General Secretary Xi Jinping in putting forward his discussion on scientific and technological innovation from six aspects: strategic thinking,historical thinking,dialectical thinking,bottom line thinking,systematic thinking and innovative thinking.The fourth part of the text concludes with the perspective of basic standpoint and theoretical construction,rethinking and explaining value destination of General Secretary Xi Jinping's discussion on scientific and technological innovation.We deem that “people-centered”,“achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation as purpose” and “constructing community of shared destiny of mankind as dream” are value destination of General Secretary Xi Jinping's discussion on scientific and technological innovation.This paper has a total of 76 References.
