Philosophical Analysis Of The Technological Rational

Technological rational is the human rational, which is based on the relationship between the Man and nature; It is the mode of thinking and behavior, which is formed along with the technological practice; It is the world outlook and methodology when people understand the world and deal with the problems; technological rational is the rational and technological spirit, which roots in material needs and eternal dependent on the nature of the human beings; It is the most basic form of rational, which all passes through the technology practice of the mankind.Technological rational has the mathematical skeleton, the physical system's flesh and blood. It cries up that the rational thinking is supreme, the science and technology is omnipotent, the logic means is absolutely unmistakable and so on, which radiates in its heart of hearts. Technological rational is arrogant constantly, and then it takes the quantification as a means and takes the science and technology as the tool to change the landscape, the man has made a greet victory to the nature with the technological rational, which has brought tremendous material wealth and unprecedented convenience of life, and technological rational has been the spiritual pillar to the development and progress of the industrial civilized society. But it has brought the negative influence to the humanity.So we can see that the man just went out of the temple, but gets into the trap of the technological rational. However, we can not abandon it, because we have been living in the technological world. In this era of technology, the technology has infiltrated the social life almost all its aspects, became an important force for social development, and the technology is very important to us as like as the spider web to spider, so we can not be off the technology more and more, cannot be off the guidance of the technological rational, even human beings goes out of the current hot water of technological practice, ultimately has to depend on the development of the technology and technological rational.Therefore, we analyze the technological rational from the point of philosophy, profound reflection and build a scientific rational form of technological rational, which will be the better guidance to the development of Chinese technology and to promote the process of Chinese modernization that is the purpose of this article.The paper is divided into four parts. The first part cuts into from defining the essence and the characteristics of the technological rational, and then analyze the relations between the technology and technological rational, between the rational and technological rational, induces the scientific connotation of the technological rational; The second part focuses on the criticism of the one-sided development of technological rational by Herbert Marcuse and Habermas,and then I carry on the summary ,which stand in the height of Marxist philosophy; In the third part I propose the necessity of restructuring technological rational and the measures, which is on the basis of the second part; The fourth part analyze the practical significance of insisting the concept of the scientific development and the person's full scale development, applying theory to reality, which is on the basis of the content of the article. The paper takes the Marx dialectical materialism and historical materialism's world outlook and the methodologies as the instruction, unifies the analysis and the synthesis to reveal the essence of the technological rational, uses the dialectic methods to reveal reasons of the one-sided development and the negative influence of the technological rational, and using the method of applying theory to reality to propose the reconstruction of the technological rational, restores the authority of the value rational, insists the concept of the scientific development and so on.This conclusion of the article is that human technological practice is the unification of the means and purpose. What the technological rational care about is the means, but what the value rational care about is the purpose, therefore, technological rational and value rational must be dialectically unification and helps each other, and then they can be better to instruct the technological development and human technological practice, thus could display the function of the science and technology that is the truly first productive forces, let us enjoy the achievement and the freedom which bring from the technological progress.
