The Relationship Between Birds Diversityand Habitats In PhouKhaoKhouay(PKK) National Park, Lao PDR

In recent years,due to global warming,drought and lack of rain,forest fire,forest destruction and other human interference,etc.have seriously damaged the habitat environment of birds,and then threatened the survival and reproduction of birds,resulting in the decline of the number and quality of bird habitat,and the sharp decline of bird species diversity.The PKK National Park as the study area,this research approaches to the park all birds has investigated the kinds,quantity and distribution area,and analyzes the PKK National Park,the relationship between the species and the habitat environment,discusses the influencing factors of bird species diversity in The PKK National Park,bird conservation measures for The PKK National Park to provides a theoretical basis and data support.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)A total of 117 species of birds were recorded,with a total 43 families of 18 orders,Among thede birds accounted for 51.3%.In addition,according to the classification of species,summer migratory birds,travelers and resident birds accounted for relatively high,accounting for 35.04%,32.48%and 23.93%of the total.(2)The ecological niche of birds in the park is mainly tree nesting and shrub nesting,accounting for 50%and 18.57%respectively.The feeding niches of birds are mainly from tree and shrub space.(3)The analysis of the characteristics of bird community showed that the average density of birds was 12.61/hm~2,with 9 dominant species and the largest number of sparrows.The diversity index of birds was 3.44,the evenness index was 0.5,and the dominance index was 0.18.(4)In the analysis and evaluation of the impact on bird habitat in three inspection areas of PKK national park in Laos,Tad Xai and Had Khai habitats with large ecological environment areas were found to have better habitat quality.(5)Through the correlation analysis of bird community characteristics and habitat natural environmental factors,the results showed that the diversity of plants and vegetation mina have a great impact on the number of birds,as well as the protection and construction of plant diversity are very important.
