| This study has established a framework for water resources real-time monitoring and management system in Dandong city and the system initially formed a water resources monitoring capability,which is compatible with the the most stringent water resources management system.The water resources real-time monitoring and management system will gradually increase its ability to support the quantitative management of water resources and the supervision and assessment of the “three red lines”.Its main content is to take the water resources real-time monitoring(groundwater monitoring network,surface water monitoring network,monitoring network of key water units),water quality monitoring network and water resources management information platform integration.Specific research has achieved the following results:(1)The information collection system includes surface runoff information,groundwater information,water supply,drainage,water quality,and thermal water production.Through the installation of 12 monitoring stations with automatic water level monitoring equipment,the groundwater resources monitoring equipment will be updated,and a radar water level gauge will be installed to automatically monitor surface water resources.The application of online automatic collection,manual collection,online interaction and other means through automated monitoring equipment to achieve real-time information collection,provide reliable decision-making basis for water resources management in Dandong City.(2)Constructed a water resources real-time monitoring and management system in Dandong city,which mainly includes water resources information collection and transmission systems,monitoring centers and computer network systems,and water resources monitoring and management information platform.The information collection and transmission system mainly builds monitoring station infrastructure,installation of monitoring equipment,and monitoring data transmission system.The monitoring center and computer network mainly construct monitoring centers,conference centers,and mobile monitoring laboratories.(3)This study adopts the mainstream design framework and hardware and software configuration,including the access and certification system of the design system,and studies the construction mode of the overall security technology system.This study fully considered the problems caused by uncertainties such as hardware and software facilities and human factors.The water resources monitoring and management information platform mainly includes databases,business application layers,and system security facilities. |
