For global problems appears such as the warming of the climate, resources crisis, deterioration of the environment and frequent disasters, we must use the multi-source data to research our science questions. This comprehensive study on the requirements for interdisciplinary infiltration in the overall perspective to understand and simulate different time scales of the layers of the Earth's evolution and the interactions between them and use its information resources data demonstrate it and in-depth analysis. It reveals global changes and global changes in the mode of response. Digital Earth as a platform for a new generation of geographical information system has a rapid development in recent years. It has the Earth as a whole system to study and implementation and has a good holistic and systemic.To the status of study and use to the geo-information, this paper innovational defines the concept to digital earth platform based on the study of information resources integration and study around its application of technology. Firstly, it discussed Digital Earth Platform involved in data collection, storage, management, expression and the sharing of related technology. Secondly, designed geo-information resource integration framework and processes based on Digital Earth Platform, discussed in detail with the relevant geo-information exchange standards, geo-information reference system and integration technology. Finally, realize it in the Sichuan Petroleum Information Integration and study the Kunlun earthquake faulty application integration. The results to the application proved that the method is feasible and effective and efficient.
