Dynamic Analysis Of Water Resources In Dandong Region Based On "Three Red Lines"

Water,as the basis of life on earth,is the cornerstone of our human society's existence and development.However,with the evolution of human history,the use and development of water resources is increasing.At the same time,there is considerable water pollution.As a developing country,China has experienced rapid and rough development in the past 30 years,and the water quality in many places has been much worse than before.It is urgent to investigate,study,analyze and control water pollution.Dandong is located in the southeast of liaoning province,south of the yellow sea,just across the river from north Korea.The geographical position is very important,therefore,the work of controlling the water resources of dandong is particularly important.We will carry out dynamic analysis of water resources in dandong,fully grasp the basic situation of water resources in dandong,and propose measures to meet the standards in accordance with the requirements of the "Three Red Lines" to provide a basis for the government to scientifically manage,develop and utilize water resources.Therefore,it is of far-reaching significance to carry out dynamic analysis of water resources in dandong region based on "Three Red Lines",ensure reasonable and effective utilization of water resources in dandong region,and master the total amount and water quality of water resources in dandong region.By analyzing the Three Red Lines indexes in dandong,this paper decomposes the indexes layer by layer.By studying the interannual change trend of the total water consumption,water efficiency and water function area compliance rate in dandong,this paper analyzes and evaluates the current situation of the water function area in dandong,covering the current situation and feature evaluation of the water function area.According to the research,dandong has less pressure to achieve the standard in terms of hydrology and pollution.In terms of structure and river length,the pressure of reaching the standard is very big.As dandong currently has a high compliance rate,it should make necessary compensation for local protection.Therefore,this paper puts forward the standard measures of "Three Red Lines" of water resources in dandong area,and the corresponding adjustment scheme of water functional area.
