Analysis On The Flora Of Seed Plants And Chemical Constituents Of The Essential Oil Of Cinnamomum Camphora In Da Jue Mountain

Dajue Mountain is located in Zixi County,Fuzhou City,in the east of Jiangxi Province.(Geographical location) is an important part of the northern part of the Wuyi Mountain,bordering on the Guangze County in Fujian,adjacent to Matou Mountain and Jiulong Lake.Geologically,it belongs to the eastern margin of the “Huaxia Ancient Plate”.The geological structure is complex,the climatic conditions are moist,the species of flora and fauna are abundant,as the representative Floristic of the border between Jiangxi and Fujian,and it is also an important supplement of Wuyi Mountain area.There is no detailed scientific scientific data.Therefore,this study has carried out a detailed investigation and research on the flora of Dajue Mountain in 2016,and through statistical analysis of methods of floristics,the following main conclusions have been drawn: 1)Dajue Mountain has a rich diversity of plant species.There are 163 families,756 genera and 1790 species of seed plants,of which 5 families,7 genera and 7 species of gymnosperms.There are 130 families,574 genera and 1,442 species of dicotyledons,and 28 families,175 genera and 341 species of monocots.It is one of the key areas of species diversity in Wuyi Mountain and even in Jiangxi.2)The diversity of the flora in the faunal region converged on this.The dominant family was mainly broadleaf species such as Polygonaceae and Fagaceae,which constituted the main vegetation groups in the flora,and the herbs were composed of Gramineae and Compositae.3)The Dajue Mountainou area is characterized by over-existence and slightly tropicality.It is a significant intersection between temperate zone and tropical zone.In the same latitude area,the flora is mild and rainy,but similar to those with low latitude.A typical tropical subtropical humid climate with evergreen broad-leaved forest types has been formed.4)There are 5 species of national class I protected plants within the flora,42 species of national class II,25 species of grade I protected plants in Jiangxi Province,13 species of grade II in Jiangxi Province,2 species of endangered plants;6 species of near-endangered species,vulnerable 10 kinds of species.Dajue Mountain has a large number of rare plant species and is one of the most protected plant species in many flora in Jiangxi Province.The flora of Dajue Mountain has an ancient origin.There are gymnosperm relic plants in the flora,and its primitive group is abundant.The origin of its flora can be traced back to the Cretaceous period.5)The Dajue Mountain flora is closely related to the flora of Matou Mountain,Jinggangshan and Fujian,especially with the Mautou Mountain in the process of the origin and evolution of the fauna.It is speculated that the two floristic are of the same geographical origin.In comparison with the Fujian province,it was found that Dajue Mountain and its related fauna in Fujian have a certain similarity,and they are more typical of the characteristics of the confluence of trifoliate regions.6)In this study,the chemical composition analysis of the essential oil of eucalyptus in part of the Dajue Mountain flora revealed that the samples were mainly divided into 5 types: camphor type,camphor camphor type,camphor type,apigenene 4-alcohol type and Cinnamomum camphora type.The first 4 chemical types have obvious principal components,of which the highest content reaches to camphor type(66.65%),camphor camphor type(31.2%),camphor type(65.6%),and apigenene 4-alcohol type(62.32%).
