Study On The Flora Of Seed Plants In The Qilaotu Mountain Of Northern Yanshan Mountain

Qilaotu Mountain is located in the north region of Yanshan Mountain, including the nature reserve of the Heili River and Wangyedian. There are so many kinds of environments for plants, which represents the main plant resources in the northern area of Yanshan Mountain. Some geobotany principle disciplines were managed to investigate and study the geography distribution of seed plants here from taxonomic grade of family, genera and species. The results are as follows:(1)There are 726 species of seed plants in Qilatu Mountain, which belong to 323 genera and 82 families. Among them there are 2 families,5 genera,16 species in Gymnosperm,79 families,318 genera,710 species in Angiosperm; 68 families,257 genera,582 species in Dicotyledon and 11 families,61 genera,128 species in Monocotyledon. Gymnosperm is 69.6% of the total species,66.7% of the total families and 71.4% of the total genera in Inner Mongolia, respectively. And Angiosperm is 32.5% of the total species,70.2% of the total families and 49.2% of the total genera, respectively.(2)Qilaotu Mountain geographical composition complex, but families, genera and species are dominated by temperate elements, accounting for 78.8% of the total families, 79.6% of the total genera and 63.9% of the total species.(3)In water ecotypes, the mesophytes are most primary, the xerophils are primary either. The mesophytes are 591 species, accounting for 82.4% of the total species; and the xerophils are 182 species, accounting for 25.4% of the total species. The plants of herbage here are dominant in. life styles, especially perennial herbs.(4)There are 2 Chinese endemic genera in the flora of Qilaotu Mountain, which account for 0.7% of the total genera in this area.(5)There are 11 of the rare and endangered plants in the flora, including 1 species of second-class protected plants,5 species of third-class protected plants,5 species of four-class protected plants. Rare and endangered plants are mostly resources plant.(6)The flora of Qilaotu Mountain has nearest kindred relationship with Bashang Plateau, followed by the flora of Wuling Mountain.
