The Puionium Gaertn belongs to the cruciferous vegetables, as the biennial herbaceous plants. It is sand of genera of Mongolian plateau of central Asia. The P. cornutum (L.) Gaertn and P. dolabratum Maxim are two kinds of the genus sand mustard, that they grew up in flow and flow sand dunes. This thesis in order to Puionium Gaertn vegetable seed as test material, study of Puionium Gaertn vegetable seed oil in different temperature, organic solvents, solid-liquid ratio and time of extraction conditions such as oil extraction rate and its fatty acid and chemical composition analysis. In order to Puionium Gaertn vegetable seed oil extraction technology and Puionium Gaertn vegetable seed development and utilization to provide theoretical basis and technical support.The main results were as follows:1, The study of Puionium Gaertn vegetable seed oil extraction technologyThe Puionium Gaertn vegetable seed oil were extracted with soxhlet extraction method, the best extraction conditions of P. cornutum (L.) Gaertn seed oil:material liquid than for 1:25, organic solvent for petroleum ether (60-90℃), extraction time is 6 h, extraction temperature is 80 ℃, the P. cornutum (L.) Gaertnseed oil extraction yield of 39.01%;the best extraction conditions of P. dolabratum Maxim seed oil:Material liquid than 30, organic solvent for n-hexane, extracting time is 6 h, extraction temperature is 85 ℃, the sand mustard seed oil extraction yield of 40.47%.2, The physical and chemical properties of Puionium Gaertn vegetable seed oilThe Puionium Gaertn vegetable seed oil refractive index (n20) between in 1.471-1.471; Moisture and volatile matter remain between 0.009% and 0.074%; Relative density (20/4℃) between in 0.901 and 0.901; Keep the acid value of basic at 4.2 mg KOH/g-5.65 mg KOH/g; Iodine value in 116.12 mg/100g-120.15 mg/100 g.
