Research On The Game Relationship And Coordination Mechanism Of Transportation Infrastructure Construction In Chengdu Chongqing Urban Agglomeration

The Chengdu Chongqing city group,as an important economic region in the western region,has received attention from all sides.It is of practical significance to promote the intercommunication of traffic logistics infrastructure in Chengdu Chongqing city group and to strengthen the coordinated development of urban agglomeration.As an important platform for the development of the western country and the strategic support of the Yangtze River economic belt,the Chengdu Chongqing urban agglomeration has made the rise of the strategic position of the Yangtze River economic belt,which makes the construction of traffic logistics have a great influence on strengthening regional economic relations,promoting the free flow of urban agglomeration factors and improving regional coordination development.This paper focuses on the traffic logistics infrastructure of Chengdu Chongqing city group.Through the research on the current situation at home and abroad,the existing literature on the research of urban agglomeration transportation logistics infrastructure construction and regional economic integration is more.Some scholars study the provision of public goods,such as transportation logistics infrastructure,through the game perspective.However,the research on the relationship and synergy mechanism between transportation and logistics infrastructure is rather lacking.The research ideas of this paper are as follows: first,the urban agglomeration in Chengdu Chongqing city is divided into core cities and non core cities from the economic perspective by social network analysis.Secondly,the transportation logistics infrastructure between core cities,core cities and non core cities and non core cities is carried out by using dynamic game method.The construction carries on the game analysis;again,in order to realize the interconnection and intercommunication of the transportation logistics infrastructure of Chengdu Chongqing city group,the design of synergistic mechanism is carried out from three aspects of incentive constraint,benefit sharing and conflict resolution,and the goal of accelerating the orderly competition within the urban agglomeration,the government's cross-border governance and cooperative development is accelerated.Finally,Problems existing in transportation and logistics infrastructure construction of Chengdu Chongqing urban agglomeration,and feasible countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.Therefore,this paper draws the following conclusions:1.The current transportation logistics infrastructure construction of Chengdu Chongqing city group has major problems such as large input cost,lagging function,repeated construction and low level of information development.2.In Chengdu Chongqing urban agglomeration,the non cooperative game relationship caused by the asymmetric information caused by the asymmetric information caused the urban agglomeration to fall into the "prisoner's dilemma".3.In order to realize the interconnection and intercommunication of the traffic infrastructure of Chengdu Chongqing city group,it is necessary to eliminate the vicious game and make it orderly.In this paper,the cooperative development system is constructed from three aspects: incentive constraint mechanism,benefit sharing mechanism and conflict resolution mechanism,to solve the problem of insufficient synergy,imperfect cost sharing mechanism and Government Association in urban agglomeration.Unfair business opportunities and the effectiveness of arbitration mechanism are not obvious.4.From the government level,aiming at the problems existing in the transportation infrastructure construction of Chengdu Chongqing city group,we put forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions.The paper may be innovative in that it analyzes the game relationship between the transportation and logistics infrastructure between different levels of cities in the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration through the use of game theory,and proposes a specific operating path for establishing a cost-sharing mechanism.The specific operational process of the conflict resolution mechanism.The innovation point of this paper is: by using the method of game theory,this paper analyzes the game relationship between the urban traffic logistics infrastructure construction of Chengdu Chongqing urban agglomeration in different levels of different levels,and puts forward the concrete operation path of establishing the cost sharing mechanism and the specific operation process of the system of conflict of interest.
