The system of urban transportation infrastructure based on geographical information system platform is represented by graphic objects such as points,lines or region,while the specifications of them are stored in the attribute table of the space objects and the database table. Moreover,user interfaces based on geographical information system are developed to add,edit,query,display,print,count and analyze data. Finally the urban transportation infrastructure manage system based on road network and transportation infrastructure information associated with them is developed and realize to analyze road traffic resources visually and manage urban road traffic infrastructure with high efficiency.In this system, according to the questions and difficulties existing now,we do a lot of work such as investigating and studying management processes of it, giving all the development process the this system using.net+Oracle technology,studying system architecture and implementation characteristics based on C/S model, through the strong ability of Oracle technology,data structure is designed and the data processing is realized.In this paper we realize language realization in VC++ for the design of the function of each module, the system can run normally, and meet the design effect.Targeted department and public security department belong to the system requirements of high security features,the system put forward comprehensive security solutions,adopting strict identity authentication, rights management and system audit to ensure system security. The updates and patches can be download automatically, the C / S client update problem can be solved by taking advantage of technology. A variety of data integration technology is used to solve system data integration problem between the system and lots of external system.After a period of working, the system prove to complete good management of urban transportation infrastructure with good stability and security, has become the intelligent transportation management platform,achieved the intended targets and obtained the better results in practice.The thesis mainly introduces the development background, demand analysis, general design,database design, the detailed design and system implementation.
