The Research Of Coordination Mechanism On The Collaborative Transportation Chain Of Coal Based On Cooperative Game

China’s modernization needs a lot of energy to support, coal as the basis of energy, accounting for about 70 percent in our one-off energy, which is an important material basis in the modernization. The demand points of China’s coal vary largely and the amount is not the same, which makes a larger demand for the coal’s transportation.Broadly on the transportation of coal, includes coal mining, producing, changing, transiting, transporting, cargo transferring and other processes, these processes are achieving by the supply chain. The transportation of coal is a complex process, how to organize the supply chain of coal, to complete the transport operations of coal with high-effective and low-cost, which is the functions of coordination transport system for the supply chain of coal.From the constitution members of the coal’s transportation system, although the coal’s producers, transited providers (yard/port), transport operators and customers are all in the transportation system of coal, planning and scheduling, because of their profits are different, inevitably to the lack of coordination in some operating aspects due to a conflict of profits in the transportation and production, mainly in terms of the coal crowded in the port/yard and the backlog conveyance, which affects the entire collaborative transportation system of coal.The main reason for this phenomenon is, in the transportation system of coal, the parties consider the issue for maximizing their own profits firstly, and do not integrate themselves into the network of coal’s transportation organizations in the overall level, results in the lower efficiency and the higher transportation costs in the overall, to break the collaborative transportation system of coal. This is also reflected the question from another side, the study of collaborative transportation system of coal is not just planning and scheduling on the overall, but to consider the profits among all the collaborative participants in the collaborative transportation system of coal.Therefore, the passage comes up with the mechanism based on the cooperation synergy among the participants of the game in the transportation of coal, to pursuit the optimization on the whole, considering the balanced profits of all players. From the analysis of all players’profits, to build the coal’s collaborative transportation system, focused on the effectiveness for allocation and the establishment of appropriate protection mechanisms to ensure collaborative transport activities runs in the normal, which satisfies both the individual rationality and the collective rational at the same time.
