With the deepening of higher education reform in China,the employment of college graduates has gradually become a hot issue of social concern.Graduates' employment quality is an important symbol of talent cultivation in Colleges and universities.Accurate evaluation of graduates' employment quality is an important part of the evaluation of employment work in Colleges and universities.It is also of great significance to talent cultivation in Colleges and universities.Based on 14 evaluation indexes closely related to the evaluation of employment quality,this paper puts forward a method of evaluating the employment quality of College graduates,which combines grey relational analysis with analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and evaluates the employment quality of a college in 2018.The evaluation results are in accordance with the actual employment quality of graduates.The main research work is as follows:1.Obtain the original employment data of university graduates through questionnaire survey,quantify the range of 14 employment quality evaluation indicators by expert analysis method,and use grey correlation analysis model to solve the correlation between each employment quality evaluation index and employment quality.2.Based on the correlation between the evaluation index of employment quality and employment quality,the weight of each evaluation index of employment quality to the evaluation coefficient of employment quality is solved by using the analytic hierarchy process model.According to the value characteristics of fifteen employment indicators,the component of sample data on various indicators is scored by expert method,and the corresponding index scores of samples are obtained.3.Calculate the product of the score of the evaluation index of employment quality and the corresponding evaluation weight of the index,add the product results of each index,and get the employment evaluation coefficient of each sample to characterize the employmentquality of individual samples.The models of individual employment quality evaluation coefficient,professional employment quality evaluation coefficient and subject employment quality evaluation coefficient are established.4.Using the established evaluation model of graduates' employment quality and combining with the actual employment data of a university in 2018,we evaluate the employment quality of the university.It is found that the evaluation coefficient of engineering employment quality of the university is higher than that of science,technology and liberal arts,which is consistent with the employment quality of the University graduates.Establishing an evaluation model of the employment quality of college graduates and evaluating the employment quality of college graduates provide an effective means for the government and colleges to evaluate the employment work of colleges and universities,which has important application value.
